who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear son:
እርሱ ከጨለማ ሥልጣን አዳነን፥ ቤዛነቱንም እርሱንም የኃጢአትን ስርየት ወዳገኘንበት ወደ ፍቅሩ ልጅ መንግሥት አፈለሰን።

save those who believed and worked righteous works and remembered allah much , and vindicated themselves after they had been wronged . and anon those who do wrong shall come to know with what a translating they shall be translated .
እነዚያ ያመኑና መልካም ሥራዎችን የሠሩ አላህንም በብዛት ያወሱ ከተበደሉም በኋላ ( በቅኔ ) የተከላከሉ ሲቀሩ ፤ ( እነርሱ አይወቀሱም ) ፡ ፡ እነዚያም የበደሉ ( ከሞቱ በኋላ ) እንዴት ያለን መመለስ እንደሚመለሱ በእርግጥ ያውቃሉ ፡ ፡

hallowed be he who translated his bondman in a night from the sacred mosque to the furthest mosque , the environs whereof we have blest , that we might shew him of our signs ; verily he ! he is the hearer , the beholder .
ያ ባሪያውን ከተከበረው መስጊድ ወደዚያ ዙሪያውን ወደ ባረክነው ወደ ሩቁ መስጊድ በሌሊት ውስጥ ያስኼደው ( ጌታ ) ጥራት ይገባው ፡ ፡ ከተዓምራቶቻችን ልናሳየው ( አስኼድነው ) ፡ ፡ እነሆ እርሱ ( አላህ ) ሰሚው ተመልካቺው ነው ፡ ፡
