በአመጸኞች ሁሉ እንደዚሁ እንሠራለን ፡ ፡

i serve not what you serve
« ያንን የምትግገዙትን ( ጣዖት አሁን ) አልግገዛም ፡ ፡

surely , you and what you serve .
እናንተም የምትገዟቸውም ሁሉ ፤

nor do i serve what you serve .
« እኔም ያንን የተገዛችሁትን ( ወደፊት ) ተገዢ አይደለሁም ፡ ፡

but as for you , and that you serve ,
እናንተም የምትገዟቸውም ሁሉ ፤

neither are you serving what i serve
« እናንተም እኔ የምግገዛውን ( ወደፊት ) ተገዢዎች አይደላችሁም ፡ ፡

and you are not serving what i serve ,
« እናንተም እኔ የምግገዛውን ( አምላክም አሁን ) ተገዢዎች አይደላችሁም ፡ ፡

nor do you serve him whom i serve :
« እናንተም እኔ የምግገዛውን ( አምላክም አሁን ) ተገዢዎች አይደላችሁም ፡ ፡

i do not serve that which you serve ,
« ያንን የምትግገዙትን ( ጣዖት አሁን ) አልግገዛም ፡ ፡

so bow yourselves before god , and serve him !
ለአላህም ስገዱ ተገዙትም ፡ ፡

allah is my lord and your lord . so serve him .
( ዒሳ አለ ) « አላህም ጌታዬ ጌታችሁም ነውና ተገዙት ፡ ፡ ይህ ቀጥተኛ መንገድ ነው ፡ ፡ »

and serve thy lord till the inevitable cometh unto thee .
እውነቱም ( ሞት ) እስኪመጣህ ድረስ ጌታህን ተገዛ ፡ ፡

and serve me alone : this is the straight way ?
ተገዙኝም ፤ ይህ ቀጥተኘ መንገድ ነው ፤ ( በማለትም ) ፡ ፡

nor am i going to serve that which you serve ,
« እኔም ያንን የተገዛችሁትን ( ወደፊት ) ተገዢ አይደለሁም ፡ ፡

and serve thy lord , until the certain comes to thee .
እውነቱም ( ሞት ) እስኪመጣህ ድረስ ጌታህን ተገዛ ፡ ፡

and that you shall serve me ? this is a straight path .
ተገዙኝም ፤ ይህ ቀጥተኘ መንገድ ነው ፤ ( በማለትም ) ፡ ፡

but to serve me ; ( that ) this is the straight path ?
ተገዙኝም ፤ ይህ ቀጥተኘ መንገድ ነው ፤ ( በማለትም ) ፡ ፡

nay , but allah must thou serve , and be among the thankful !
ይልቅ አላህን ብቻ ተገዛም ፡ ፡ ከአመስጋኞቹም ኹን ፡ ፡

and serve thy lord until there come unto thee the hour that is certain .
እውነቱም ( ሞት ) እስኪመጣህ ድረስ ጌታህን ተገዛ ፡ ፡

and serve your lord until there comes to you that which is certain .
እውነቱም ( ሞት ) እስኪመጣህ ድረስ ጌታህን ተገዛ ፡ ፡
