eurojust oefent ten aanzien van zijn personeel de bevoegdheden uit die aan het tot aanstelling bevoegde gezag (tabg) zijn verleend.

indien deze instantie tijdens haar onderzoek tot de slotsom komt dat het betrokken geval onder de bevoegdheid van olaf valt, zendt zij het dossier onverwijld naar het tabg of het gbaa terug en stelt zij olaf hiervan onmiddellijk in kennis.
should the panel's analysis suggest that the case referred to it is a matter for olaf, it shall without delay return the case-file to the appointing authority or to the authority authorised to conclude contracts of employment and shall inform olaf at once.
