ታናናሾችና ታላላቆችም ባለ ጠጋዎችና ድሆችም ጌታዎችና ባሪያዎችም ሁሉ በቀኝ እጃቸው ወይም በግምባራቸው ምልክትን እንዲቀበሉ፥
and he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:

ቀረፋም ቅመምም የሚቃጠልም ሽቱ ቅባትም ዕጣንም የወይን ጠጅም ዘይትም የተሰለቀ ዱቄትም ስንዴም ከብትም በግም ፈረስም ሰረገላም ባሪያዎችም የሰዎችም ነፍሳት ነው።
and cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men.

አይሁድ ብንሆን የግሪክ ሰዎችም ብንሆን ባሪያዎችም ብንሆን ጨዋዎችም ብንሆን እኛ ሁላችን በአንድ መንፈስ አንድ አካል እንድንሆን ተጠምቀናልና። ሁላችንም አንዱን መንፈስ ጠጥተናል።
for by one spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be jews or gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one spirit.
