ug ang lanaw misugod na sa pagbalud tungod sa makusog nga hangin nga naghuros.
and the sea arose by reason of a great wind that blew.

after these things jesus went over the sea of galilee, which is the sea of tiberias.

ug sa pagpahawa niya sa nazaret, siya miadto ug mipuyo sa capernaum sa daplin sa lanaw, sa kayutaan sa zabulon ug neftali,
and leaving nazareth, he came and dwelt in capernaum, which is upon the sea coast, in the borders of zabulon and nephthalim:

samtang ang mga tawo nanagdotdot kaniya aron sa pagpatalinghug sa pulong sa dios, siya nagtindog sa bay-bayon sa lanaw sa genesaret.
and it came to pass, that, as the people pressed upon him to hear the word of god, he stood by the lake of gennesaret,

and again, departing from the coasts of tyre and sidon, he came unto the sea of galilee, through the midst of the coasts of decapolis.

ug iyang nakita ang duha ka sakayan diha sa daplin sa lanaw; apan ang mga mangingisda mikawas na niini ug nanag-uyab sa ilang mga pukot.
and saw two ships standing by the lake: but the fishermen were gone out of them, and were washing their nets.

ug sa nakatabok na usab si jesus sakay sa sakayan ngadto sa pikas nga daplin, midugok ngadto kaniya ang usa ka dakung panon sa katawhan; ug siya diha sa baybayon sa lanaw.
and when jesus was passed over again by ship unto the other side, much people gathered unto him: and he was nigh unto the sea.

tapus niini si jesus nagpakita na usab sa iyang kaugalingon ngadto sa mga tinun-an didto sa lanaw sa tiberiades; ug siya nagpakita sa iyang kaugalingon sa ingon niini nga paagi.
after these things jesus shewed himself again to the disciples at the sea of tiberias; and on this wise shewed he himself.

ug ang mga tawo nanghibulong, nanag-ingon, "unsa ba diay kining pagkatawhana, nga bisan pa ang mga hangin ug ang lanaw mopatoo man kaniya?"
but the men marvelled, saying, what manner of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey him!

ug giabut silag dakung kahadlok, ug nasig-ingon ang usa sa usa, "kinsa man diay kini siya, nga bisan pa ang hangin ug ang lanaw mopatoo man kaniya?"
and they feared exceedingly, and said one to another, what manner of man is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?

apan aron dili kita makababag kanila, umadto ka sa lanaw, pag-itsag pasol, ug bitara ang unang isda nga mapaslan ug bingata ang baba, ug sa sulod niini makaplagan mo ang usa ka estatero. kuhaa kini ug ibayad mo kanila alang kanako ug kanimo."
notwithstanding, lest we should offend them, go thou to the sea, and cast an hook, and take up the fish that first cometh up; and when thou hast opened his mouth, thou shalt find a piece of money: that take, and give unto them for me and thee.
