他 手 拿 銀 囊 ． 必 到 月 望 纔 回 家
he hath taken a bag of money with him, and will come home at the day appointed.

他 們 必 被 刀 劍 所 殺 、 被 野 狗 所 喫
they shall fall by the sword: they shall be a portion for foxes.

神 必 不 作 惡 、 全 能 者 也 不 偏 離 公 平
yea, surely god will not do wickedly, neither will the almighty pervert judgment.

神 必 不 丟 棄 完 全 人 、 也 不 扶 助 邪 惡 人
behold, god will not cast away a perfect man, neither will he help the evil doers:

公 義 必 當 他 的 腰 帶 、 信 實 必 當 他 脅 下 的 帶 子
and righteousness shall be the girdle of his loins, and faithfulness the girdle of his reins.

我 必 從 你 左 手 打 落 你 的 弓 、 從 你 右 手 打 掉 你 的 箭
and i will smite thy bow out of thy left hand, and will cause thine arrows to fall out of thy right hand.

你 們 饒 恕 人 的 過 犯 、 你 們 的 天 父 也 必 饒 恕 你 們 的 過 犯
for if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly father will also forgive you:

好 施 捨 的 、 必 得 豐 裕 ． 滋 潤 人 的 、 必 得 滋 潤
the liberal soul shall be made fat: and he that watereth shall be watered also himself.

愛 我 的 、 我 也 愛 他 ． 懇 切 尋 求 我 的 、 必 尋 得 見
i love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me.

他 必 借 給 你 、 你 卻 不 能 借 給 他 、 他 必 作 首 、 你 必 作 尾
he shall lend to thee, and thou shalt not lend to him: he shall be the head, and thou shalt be the tail.

親 眼 見 過 他 的 、 必 不 再 見 他 ． 他 的 本 處 、 也 再 見 不 著 他
the eye also which saw him shall see him no more; neither shall his place any more behold him.

凡 想 要 保 全 生 命 的 、 必 喪 掉 生 命 ． 凡 喪 掉 生 命 的 、 必 救 活 生 命
whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it.
