l'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif d'établissement d'une conférence entre un premier abonné d'un réseau de télécommunication avec au moins deux autres abonnés du réseau de télécommunication, chaque abonné étant identifié par un identifiant, le premier abonné étant en communication avec un serveur par l'intermédiaire d'un terminal de télécommunication, caractérisé en ce que le terminal de télécommunication du premier abonné effectue: - une détection d'une information prédéterminée dans une trame d'informations transmise par le serveur (e506), - détecte des identifiants (e509) d'autres abonnés dans au moins une trame d'informations, mémorise les identifiants (e508), interrompt (e510) la communication avec le serveur, transfère (e513, e518) vers le réseau de télécommunication les identifiants et génère des commandes prédéterminées vers le réseau pour l'établissement d'une conférence entre le premier abonné et les autres abonnés.
