وإذا تخلﱠف والدا الطفل عن تسجيله، تقوم اﻹدارة بإصدار شهادات لها قوة الثبوت باﻻستناد إلى اﻹشهاد.

وأما المادة 238 من مدونة الإجراءات الضريبية فتنص على أن محاضر موظفي إدارة الضرائب لها قوة الثبوت حتى يثبت العكس.

87- وقد نص القانون على أن تدرج هذه المعلومات في السجل وأن تستخرج شهادة بذلك وإذا تخلف تسجيله تقوم إدارات الجهاز الطبي بإصدار شهادات تقدير العمر عند الطلب، وهذه الشهادات لها قوة الثبوت بالإسناد إلى الشهود.

lastly, according to the state party, the provision in article l238 of the book of tax procedures that the official report shall be considered authoritative in the absence of evidence to the contrary applies only to the facts given in that official report, as drawn up by sworn officials, and not to any classification of those facts as crimes.
