for divorced women a provision according to what is fair shall also be made . this is an obligation binding on the righteous .

and for divorced women also , is a complete provision in reasonable manner ; this is a duty upon the pious .

for the divorced women there shall be a provision , in accordance with honourable norms — an obligation on the godwary .

likewise , the divorced women should also be given something in accordance with the known fair standard . this is an obligation upon the god-fearing people .
ለተፈቱ ሴቶችም በችሎታ መጠን ዳረጎት አላቸው ፡ ፡ አላህን በሚፈሩ ላይ ተደንግጓል ፡ ፡

for divorced women maintenance ( should be provided ) on a reasonable ( scale ) . this is a duty on the righteous .
ለተፈቱ ሴቶችም በችሎታ መጠን ዳረጎት አላቸው ፡ ፡ አላህን በሚፈሩ ላይ ተደንግጓል ፡ ፡

and when ye have divorced women and they reach their term , place not difficulties in the way of their marrying their husbands if it is agreed between them in kindness . this is an admonition for him among you who believeth in allah and the last day .
ሴቶችንም በፈታችሁና ጊዜያቸውን በደረሱ ጊዜ በመካከላቸው በሕግ በተዋደዱ ጊዜ ባሎቻቸውን ከማግባት አታስተጓጉሏቸው ፡ ፡ ይህ ( መከልከል ) ከእናንተ በአላህና በመጨረሻው ቀን የሚያምን ሰው በርሱ ይገሰጽበታል ፡ ፡ ይህ ሁኔታችሁ ለእናንተ በላጭ ነው ፤ ( ከመጠርጠር ) አጥሪም ነው ፡ ፡ አላህም ያውቃል ፤ እናንተ ግን አታውቁም ፡ ፡

when you have divorced women and they have reached the end of their waiting period , either keep them in kindness or let them go with kindness . but you shall not keep them , being harmful , in order to transgress .
ሴቶችን በፈታችሁና ( የዒዳ ) ጊዜያቸውን በደረሱ ጊዜ በመልካም ያዙዋቸው ፤ ( ተማለሷቸው ) ወይም በመልካም ኹኔታ አሰናብቱዋቸው ፡ ፡ ለመጉዳትም ወሰን ታልፋባቸው ዘንድ አትያዙዋቸው ፤ ይህንንም የሚሠራ ሰው ነፍሱን በእርግጥ በደለ ፡ ፡ የአላህንም አንቀጾች ማላገጫ አድርጋችሁ አትያዙ ፡ ፡ የአላህንም ጸጋ በናንተ ላይ ያደረገውን ከመጽሐፍና ከጥበብም በርሱ የሚገስጻችሁ ሲኾን በናንተ ላይ ያወረደውን አስታውሱ ፡ ፡ አላህንም ፍሩ ፤ አላህም ነገሩን ሁሉ ዐዋቂ መኾኑን ዕወቁ ፡ ፡

and the divorced women shall keep themselves in waiting for three courses nor is it allowed unto them that they should hide that which allah hath created in their wombs , if they believe in allah and the last day . and their husbands are more entitled to their restorations during the same , if they desire rectification .
የተፈቱ ሴቶችም ነፍሶቻቸውን ( ከማግባት ) ሦስትን ቁርእ ይጠብቁ ፡ ፡ በአላህና በመጨረሻውም ቀን የሚያምኑ ቢኾኑ አላህ በማሕፀኖቻቸው ውስጥ የፈጠረውን ሊደብቁ ለነርሱ አይፈቀድላቸውም ፡ ፡ ባሎቻቸውም በዚህ ውስጥ እርቅን ቢፈልጉ በመማለሳቸው ተገቢዎች ናቸው ፡ ፡ ለእነርሱም ( ለሴቶች ) የዚያ በእነርሱ ላይ ያለባቸው ( ግዳጅ ) ብጤ በመልካም አኑዋኑዋር ( በባሎቻቸው ላይ መብት ) አላቸው ፡ ፡ ለወንዶችም ( ጣጣቸውን ስለሚሸከሙ ) በእነሱ ላይ ብልጫ አላቸው ፡ ፡ አላህም አሸናፊ ጥበበኛ ነው ፡ ፡

after a divorce for the third time , it is not lawful for the husband to resume marital relations with her or remarry her until she has been married and divorced by another husband . in that case , there is no sin for the former husband to marry her if they ( both ) think that they can abide by the law .
( ሦስተኛ ) ቢፈታትም ከዚህ በኋላ ሌላን ባል እስከምታገባ ድረስ ለርሱ አትፈቀድለትም ፡ ፡ ( ሁለተኛው ባል ) ቢፈታትም የአላህን ሕግጋት መጠበቃቸውን ቢያውቁ በመማለሳቸው በሁለቱም ላይ ኃጢኣት የለባቸውም ፡ ፡ ይህችም የአላህ ሕግጋት ናት ለሚያውቁ ሕዝቦች ያብራራታል ፡ ፡
