terms of the sciteq service agreement

Покупка является окончательной, когда компания sciteq подтвердила заказ.
the purchase is definitive when sciteq has confirmed the order.

Для условий, не указанных в этом разделе Договора см. Общие условия sciteq 08.06.
for conditions not specified under the terms mentioned within this agreement please refer to general terms sciteq 08.06.

Если об ином не было уведомлено в письменной форме, компания sciteq предоставляет стандартную гарантию на 12 месяцев.
unless otherwise notified in writing, sciteq grants a standard guarantee of 12 months.

Компания sciteq не несет ответственности за нехватку рабочей силы, потери прибыли или любые другие косвенные потери.
sciteq is not responsible for working deficits, losses of profits, or any other indirect loss.
