Гуфт: «Ҳатто агар барои шумо чизе биёварам, ки аз он чӣ падаронатонро бар он ёфта будед, ҳидояткунандатар бошад?»

the unbelievers swore on oath emphatically that if an admonisher came to them they would be guided better than the other communities.
Ба Худо қасамҳои сахт хӯрданд, ки агар бимдиҳандае биёяд, беҳтар аз ҳар уммати дигар ҳидоят ёбанд.

Шодмон шаванд, зеро ин ду аз ҳар чӣ ҷамъ мекунанд, беҳтар аст.

he said: 'indeed i have loved the love of good things better than the remembrance of my lord until the sun has vanished behind a veil.
гуфт: «Ман дӯстии ин аспонро бар ёди Парвардигорам бигзидам, то офтоб дар пардаи ғуруб пушида шуд (яъне намози аср қазо шуд),

he said, 'lo, i have loved the love of good things better than the remembrance of my lord, until the sun was bidden behind the veil.
гуфт: «Ман дӯстии ин аспонро бар ёди Парвардигорам бигзидам, то офтоб дар пардаи ғуруб пушида шуд (яъне намози аср қазо шуд),

the disbelievers among his people said, "we do not believe that you are any better than the rest of us; we see that only the worthless hasty ones, the lowliest among us follow you.
Бузургони қавмаш, ки кофир буданд, гуфтанд: -Мо туро ҷуз инсоне монанди худ намебинем. Ва намебинем, ки ҷуз одамони паст ба ту пайравӣ кунанд.

but the mercy (paradise) of your lord (o muhammad saw) is better than the (wealth of this world) which they amass.
Ва раҳмати Парвардигорат аз он чӣ онҳо ҷамъ меоваранд, беҳтар аст.

whoso bringeth a good deed, he will have better than the same; while as for him who bringeth an ill-deed, those who do ill-deeds will be requited only what they did.
Ҳар кас, ки кори неке ба ҷой орад, беҳтар аз он музд ёбад ва ҳар ки гуноҳе кунад, пас онҳо, ки гуноҳ кардаанд, ба андозаи амалашон ҷазо дода шаванд.

we will say to them, "endure the torment (as a consequence of your evil deeds); the unbelievers deserve nothing better than (the torment) of fire."
Уқубатро бичашед ва азоби оташ аз они кофирон аст!

we have apportioned among them their livelihood in the life of the world, and raised some of them above others in rank that some of them may take labour from others; and the mercy of thy lord is better than (the wealth) that they amass.
Ва баъзеро ба мартаба болотар аз баъзе дигар қарор додаем, то баъзе баъзи дигарро ба хидмат гиранд. Ва раҳмати Парвардигорат аз он чӣ онҳо ҷамъ меоваранд, беҳтар аст.

it is we who distribute among them their livelihood in the life of this world, and raise some of them above others in rank, so that they may take one another into service; and the mercy of your lord is better than [the wealth] which they amass.
Ва баъзеро ба мартаба болотар аз баъзе дигар қарор додаем, то баъзе баъзи дигарро ба хидмат гиранд. Ва раҳмати Парвардигорат аз он чӣ онҳо ҷамъ меоваранд, беҳтар аст.

believers, let not some men among you ridicule others: it may be that the latter are better than the former: nor should some women laugh at others: it may be that the latter are better than the former: do not defame or be sarcastic to each other, or call each other by [offensive] nicknames.
Эй касоне, ки имон овардаед, мабод, ки гурӯҳе аз мардон гурӯҳи дигарро масхара кунад, шояд он масхарашудагон беҳтар аз онҳо бошанд. Ва мабод, ки гурӯҳе аз занон гурӯҳи дигарро масхара кунад, шояд он масхарашудагон беҳтар аз онҳо бошанд.
