there is but one shout, and lo! they behold,
Ва онон худ хоҳанд дид, ки ба як фармон ҳамаро зинда мекунанд.

indeed, allah is but one god.
Ҷуз ин нест, ки Оллоҳ худоест якто.

and ye cannot escape in the earth nor in the heaven, and beside allah there is for you no friend nor helper.
Шумо наметавонед аз Худо бигурезед, на дар замин ва на дар осмон ва шуморо ғайри Ӯ ҳеҷ корсозу ёваре нест!»

he is but one god, so fear only me."
Пас аз Ман битарсед?»

there is no mystery in the heaven and the earth, but it is in a clear book.
Ва дар осмонҳову замин ҳеҷ чизи махфӣ нест, ки он дар китоби мубин наомада бошад.

allah! no god there is but he! his are the names excellent.
Оллоҳ — он ки ҳеҷ худое ғайри Ӯ нест, номҳои хуб аз они Ӯст.

his is the kingdom in the heavens and the earth. there is no god except he.
Он Худое, ки фармонравоии осмонҳову замин аз они Ӯст ва ҳеҷ худое ғайри Ӯ нест.

and in the hereafter there is both a grievous torment and forgiveness from allah and his pleasure, and the life of the world is but a vain bauble.
Ва дар охират насиби гурӯҳе азоби сахт аст ва нисбати гурӯҳе бахшоиши Худо ва хушнудии Ӯ. Ва зиндагии дунё фақат матоъе фиребанда аст.

allah has created the heavens and the earth with the truth. surely, in that there is a sign for believers.
Худо осмонҳову заминро ба ростӣ биёфарид ва дар ин ибратест барои мӯъминон!

and in the world to come there is a terrible chastisement, and forgiveness from god and good pleasure; and the present life is but the joy of delusion.
Ва дар охират насиби гурӯҳе азоби сахт аст ва нисбати гурӯҳе бахшоиши Худо ва хушнудии Ӯ. Ва зиндагии дунё фақат матоъе фиребанда аст.

and our commandment is but one (commandment), as the twinkling of an eye.
Фармони Мо танҳо як фармон аст, он ҳам чашм бар ҳам заданест.

all that there is in the heavens and the earth sings the praises of god.
Худоро тасбеҳ мегӯянд ҳар чӣ дар осмонҳову ҳар чӣ дар замин аст.

and in the hereafter there is grievous punishment, and (also) forgiveness from allah and his good pleasure, whereas the life of the world is but matter of illusion.
Ва дар охират насиби гурӯҳе азоби сахт аст ва нисбати гурӯҳе бахшоиши Худо ва хушнудии Ӯ. Ва зиндагии дунё фақат матоъе фиребанда аст.

and our command is but one (word) swift as the winking of an eye.
Фармони Мо танҳо як фармон аст, он ҳам чашм бар ҳам заданест.

allah has commanded: "do not take two gods; for he is but one god.
Худо гуфт: «Ду худоро мапарастед ва фақат Ӯст Худои якто.

but there is no ilah (god) (none who has the right to be worshipped) but one ilah (god -allah).
Дар ҳоле ки ҳеҷ Худое ҷуз Оллоҳ нест.

do they not reflect? there is no madness in their companion (muhammad saw). he is but a plain warner.
Оё фикр накардаанд, ки дар ёрашон нишоне аз девонагӣ нест ва Ӯ ба ошкоро тарсонанда аст?

say, "indeed, he is but one god, and indeed, i am free of what you associate [with him]."
Бигӯ: «Ҷуз ин нест, ки Ӯ худоест яктову аз он чӣ бо Ӯ шарик месозед, безорам!»

and there is nothing hidden in the heaven and the earth, but is in a clear book (i.e. al-lauh al-mahfuz).
Ва дар осмонҳову замин ҳеҷ чизи махфӣ нест, ки он дар китоби мубин наомада бошад.
