yet there is among men such a one as disputes about allah, without knowledge, without guidance, and without a book of enlightenment,-
இன்னும்; கல்வி ஞானமோ, நேர் வழி காட்டியோ, பிரகாசமான வேத (ஆதார)மோ இல்லாமல், அல்லாஹ்வைக் குறித்துத் தர்க்கம் செய்பவனும் மனிதர்களில் இருக்கின்றான்.

and who is further astray than he who calls, apart from god, upon such a one as shall not answer him till the day of resurrection? such as are heedless of their calling,

and even so we set up in every town the great ones as its sinners, that they may plot therein. and they plot not but against themselves, and they perceive not.

'now you have come to us one by one, as we created you upon the first time, and you have left what we conferred on you behind your backs. we do not see with you your intercessors, those you asserted to be associates in you; the bond between you is now broken; that which you ever asserted has now gone astray from you.
அன்றியும் (மறுமையில் அல்லாஹ் இவர்களை நோக்கி), "நாம் உங்களை முதல் முறையாகப் படைத்தோமே அதுபோன்று நீங்கள் (எதுவுமில்லாமல்) தனியே எம்மிடம் வந்துவிட்டீர்கள்; இன்னும்; நாம் உங்களுக்கு அளித்தவற்றையெல்லாம் உங்கள் முதுகுகளுக்குப் பின்னால் விட்டு விட்டீர்கள்; எவர்களை நீங்கள் உங்களுடைய கூட்டாளிகள் என்று எண்ணிக் கொண்டிருந்தீர்களோ, உங்களுக்குப் பரிந்து பேசுவார்கள் (என்று எண்ணிக் கொண்டிருந்தீர்களோ) அவர்களை நாம் உங்களுடனிருப்பதைக் காணவில்லை, உங்களுக்கிடையே இருந்த தொடர்பும் அறுந்து விட்டது, உங்களுடைய நம்பிக்கைகள் எல்லாம் தவறிவிட்டன" (என்று கூறுவான்).
