no one can withhold whatever mercy god grants to the human being, nor can one release whatever he withholds. he is majestic and all-wise.
மனிதர்களுக்கு அல்லாஹ் தன் ரஹமத்தில் (அருள் கொடையில்) இருந்து ஒன்றைத் திறப்பானாயின் அதைத் தடுப்பார் எவருமில்லை, அன்றியும் அவன் எதைத் தடுத்து விடுகிறானோ, அதன் பின், அதனை அனுப்பக் கூடியவரும் எவரும் இல்லை மேலும் அவன் யாவரையும் மிகைத்தவன்; ஞானம் மிக்கவன்.

no one can withhold the blessings god bestows upon people, nor can anyone apart from him bestow whatever he withholds: he is the almighty, the wise one.

do they not see the birds, constrained in the middle of the sky? none withholds them but allah; most surely there are signs in this for a people who believe.
வான(மண்டல)த்தின் (காற்று) வெளியில் (இறை கட்டளைக்குக்) கட்டுப்பட்டு பறக்கும் பறவைகளை இவர்கள் பார்க்கவில்லையா? அவற்றை (ஆகாயத்தில்) தாங்கி நிற்பவன் அல்லாஹ்வைத் தவிர வேறு எவருமில்லை நிச்சயமாக இதில் ஈமான் கொண்ட மக்களுக்கு(த் தக்க) அத்தாட்சிகள் இருக்கின்றன.

whatever mercy allah accords to people, none can withhold; and whatever he withholds, no other will be able to release after him. he is most mighty, most wise.
மனிதர்களுக்கு அல்லாஹ் தன் ரஹமத்தில் (அருள் கொடையில்) இருந்து ஒன்றைத் திறப்பானாயின் அதைத் தடுப்பார் எவருமில்லை, அன்றியும் அவன் எதைத் தடுத்து விடுகிறானோ, அதன் பின், அதனை அனுப்பக் கூடியவரும் எவரும் இல்லை மேலும் அவன் யாவரையும் மிகைத்தவன்; ஞானம் மிக்கவன்.

say: 'my lord outspreads and withholds his provision to whomsoever he will of his worshipers. whatsoever you expend he will replace it. he is the best of providers'
"நிச்சயமாக என் இறைவன் தன் அடியார்களில் யாருக்கு நாடுகிறானோ, அவருக்கு செல்வத்தை விசாலப்படுத்துவான்; இன்னும் தான் நாடியோருக்கு சுருக்கியும் விடுகிறான்; ஆகவே நீங்கள் எந்தப் பொருளை (அல்லாஹ்வின் பாதையில்) செலவு செய்த போதிலும், அவன் அதற்குப் பிரதிபலன் அளிக்கிறான்; மேலும், அவன் கொடையாளிகள் அனைவரிலும் மிகவும் மேலானவன்" என்று (நபியே!) நீர் கூறும்.

whatever allah grants to men of (his) mercy, there is none to withhold it, and what he withholds there is none to send it forth after that, and he is the mighty, the wise

"and o my people! give just measure and weight, nor withhold from the people the things that are their due: commit not evil in the land with intent to do mischief.
"(என்) சமூகத்தவர்களே! அளவையிலும் நிறுவையிலும், நீதியைக் கொண்டு நீங்கள் பூர்த்தி செய்யுங்கள். (மக்களுக்குக் கொடுக்க வேண்டிய) அவர்களுடைய பொருட்களைக் குறைத்து விடாதீர்கள். பூமியில் விஷமம் செய்துகொண்டு (வரம்பு மீறி) அலையாதீர்கள்.
