v prípade intermodálnej dopravy, ak sa tovar prekladá z jedného dopravného prostriedku na iný na účel prepravy von z colného územia spoločenstva, časová lehota na podanie colného vyhlásenia zodpovedá časovej lehote uplatniteľnej na dopravný prostriedok opúšťajúci colné územie spoločenstva, ako je stanovené v článku 592b.
in the case of inter-modal transportation, where goods are transferred from one means of transport to another for transport out of the customs territory of the community, the time limit for submission of the declaration shall correspond to the time limit applicable to the means of transport leaving the customs territory of the community, as specified in article 592b.

na tovar opúšťajúci colné územie spoločenstva s výnimkou tovaru prepravovaného dopravnými prostriedkami, ktoré sa iba plavia v teritoriálnych vodách alebo prelietavajú vzdušným priestorom colného územia bez zastávky na tomto území, sa vzťahuje buď colné vyhlásenie, alebo ak sa colné vyhlásenie nevyžaduje, predbežné colné vyhlásenie.
goods leaving the customs territory of the community, with the exception of goods carried on means of transport only passing through the territorial waters or the airspace of the customs territory without a stop within this territory, shall be covered either by a customs declaration or, where a customs declaration is not required, a summary declaration.
