komisia prijme podrobné pravidlá týkajúce sa vinohradníckeho registra a súpisu, najmä pokiaľ ide o ich využívanie v súvislosti s monitorovaním a kontrolou výrobného potenciálu a meraním plôch.
detailed rules concerning the vineyard register and the inventory shall be adopted by the commission, in particular with regard to their use concerning monitoring and control of the production potential and concerning the measurement of areas.

in order to facilitate the monitoring and the verification of the production potential by member states, the commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with article 227 concerning rules on the content of the vineyard register and exemptions therefrom.

Členské štáty, ktoré vo svojich podporných programoch ustanovujú reštrukturalizáciu a konverziu vinohradov v súlade s článkom 46, predložia komisii každoročne do 1. marca aktualizovaný súpis svojho výrobného potenciálu vypracovaný na základe vinohradníckeho registra.
member states which provide for restructuring and conversion of vineyards in their support programmes in accordance with article 46 shall, on the basis of the vineyard register, submit to the commission by 1 march each year an updated inventory of their production potential.

Členské štáty, ktoré v súlade s článkom 103q ustanovujú vo svojich podporných programoch opatrenie zamerané na reštrukturalizáciu a konverziu vinohradov, predkladajú komisii každoročne do 1. marca aktualizovaný súpis svojho výrobného potenciálu vypracovaný na základe vinohradníckeho registra.
member states, which provide for the measure “restructuring and conversion of vineyards” in their support programmes in accordance with article 103q, shall, on the basis of the vineyard register, submit to the commission by 1 march each year an updated inventory of their production potential.
