se considerarán conformes con el presente reglamento si cumplen con los requisitos aplicables de eu-ops en materia de formación, control y experiencia reciente, o
shall be deemed to be compliant with this regulation if they comply with the applicable training, checking and recency requirements of eu-ops; or

los certificados de formación en materia de seguridad expedidos de conformidad con eu-ops se sustituirán por certificados de tripulación de cabina de pasajeros que cumplan el formato establecido en el anexo vi el 8 de abril de 2017 a más tardar.
the attestations of safety training issued in accordance with eu-ops shall be replaced with cabin crew attestations complying with the format laid down in annex vi by 8 april 2017 at the latest.

si no cumplen los requisitos aplicables de eu-ops en materia de formación, control y experiencia reciente, deberán completar toda la formación y comprobaciones necesarias antes de ser considerados conformes con el presente reglamento, o
if they do not comply with the applicable training, checking and recency requirements of eu-ops, they shall complete all required training and checking before being deemed to be compliant with this regulation; or

2.7 la comisión recuerda que la incorporación de los requisitos jar-ops a la legislación comunitaria, mediante la modificación todavía pendiente del reglamento (cee) n° 3922/91 (eu-ops-1), representará un avance incuestionable pero no permitirá alcanzar un nivel de armonización suficiente, ya que sólo afectará al transporte aéreo comercial.
2.7 the commission recalls that the inclusion of jar-ops rules in community legislation, via the pending amendment of regulation no 3922/91 (eu-ops-1) will undeniably be a step forward but it will not procure a sufficient degree of harmonisation because it will only cover commercial air transport.
