peter law : further to that point of order , as one of the have-nots here , llywydd , is it right that this should be the converse effect for the conservatives , that people who have the privilege of briefings should drip-drip this information while many of us , as ron davies pointed out , receive no information at all ? it is a major deficit in democracy -- and i will speak on this during the next item -- that we are not recognised as ordinary assembly members
