শক ্ তির অধিকারী , আরশের অধীশ ্ বরের সামনে অধিষ ্ ঠিত ,
[ who is ] possessed of power and with the owner of the throne , secure [ in position ] ,

অতএব , তাদেরকে যন ্ ত ্ রণাদায়ক শাস ্ তির সুসংবাদ দিন ।
( muhammad ) , tell them that they will all suffer a painful torment

অতঃপর আপনার পালনকর ্ তা তাদেরকে শাস ্ তির কশাঘাত করলেন ।
( therefore ) your lord let loose upon them a scourge of punishment ;
