("technip", francie) a subsea 7 pty ltd ("subsea 7", singapur) ve smyslu čl. 3 odst. 1 písm. b) nařízení rady získávají společnou kontrolu nad podnikem ("jv") na základě nákupu akcií v nově založené společnosti vytvářející společný podnik.
