ra . this is a book which we have sent down unto thee , that thou mayest bring the mankind forth from the darknesses unto the light , by the command of their lord : unto the path of the mighty , the praiseworthy .
አ.ለ.ረ ( አሊፍ ላም ራ ፤ ይህ ቁርአን ) ሰዎችን በጌታቸው ፈቃድ ከጨለማዎች ወደ ብርሃን አሸናፊ ምስጉን ወደ ኾነው ፡ ፡ ጌታ መንገድ ታወጣ ዘንድ ወዳንተ ያወረድነው መጽሐፍ ነው ፡ ፡

alif lam ra . a book we have sent down to thee that thou mayest bring forth mankind from the shadows to the light by the leave of their lord , to the path of the all-mighty , the all-laudable ,
አ.ለ.ረ ( አሊፍ ላም ራ ፤ ይህ ቁርአን ) ሰዎችን በጌታቸው ፈቃድ ከጨለማዎች ወደ ብርሃን አሸናፊ ምስጉን ወደ ኾነው ፡ ፡ ጌታ መንገድ ታወጣ ዘንድ ወዳንተ ያወረድነው መጽሐፍ ነው ፡ ፡

aliflaamra . we have sent down to you ( this book ) in order that you bring mankind from darkness to the light by the permission of your lord , to the path of the almighty , the praised .
አ.ለ.ረ ( አሊፍ ላም ራ ፤ ይህ ቁርአን ) ሰዎችን በጌታቸው ፈቃድ ከጨለማዎች ወደ ብርሃን አሸናፊ ምስጉን ወደ ኾነው ፡ ፡ ጌታ መንገድ ታወጣ ዘንድ ወዳንተ ያወረድነው መጽሐፍ ነው ፡ ፡

let the people of the gospel judge by what allah hath revealed therein . if any do fail to judge by ( the light of ) what allah hath revealed , they are ( no better than ) those who rebel .
የኢንጅልም ባለቤቶች በውስጡ አላህ ባወረደው ሕግ ይፍረዱ ፡ ፡ አላህም ባወረደው የማይፈርድ ሰው እነዚያ አመጸኞች እነርሱ ናቸው ፡ ፡

( that day ) when you were at one end of the valley , ( the unbelievers ) at the other , and the caravan below you ( on the lowland by the coast ) , you would surely have declined to fight if ( the makkans ) had offered you battle . ( but the battle did take place ) that god may end the matter which had been accomplished , so that he who had to die may perish after a clear demonstration , and he who had to live may survive in the light of positive proof , for god hears all and knows everything .
እናንተ በቅርቢቱ ዳርቻ ኾናችሁ እነርሱም በሩቂቱ ዳርቻ ኾነው የነጋዴዎቹም ጭፍራ ከናንተ በታች ሲኾኑ በሰፈራችሁ ጊዜ ( ያደረግንላችሁን አስታውሱ ) ፡ ፡ በተቃጠራችሁም ኖሮ በቀጠሮው በተለያያችሁ ነበር ፡ ፡ ግን አላህ ሊሠራው የሚገባውን ነገር ሊፈጽም የሚጠፋ ሰው ከአስረጅ በኋላ እንዲጠፋ ሕያው የሚኾንም ሰው ከአስረጅ በኋላ ሕያው እንዲኾን ( ያለቀጠሮ አጋጠማችሁ ) ፡ ፡ አላህም በእርግጥ ሰሚ ዐዋቂ ነው ፡ ፡
