ለበጎ አድራጊዎች መሪና እዝነት ስትኾን ፡ ፡

a guide and a reminder for men of understanding .
ለባለ አእምሮዎች መሪና ገሳጭ ሲኾን ፡ ፡

a guide and a mercy for those who do good ,
ለበጎ አድራጊዎች መሪና እዝነት ስትኾን ፡ ፡

a guide : and glad tidings for the believers , -
ለምእምናን መሪና ብስራት ናት ፡ ፡

a guide and a reminder for those endowed with reason .
ለባለ አእምሮዎች መሪና ገሳጭ ሲኾን ፡ ፡

and truly , it ( this quran ) is a guide and a mercy to the believers .
እርሱም ለምእምናን መምሪያና እዝነት ነው ፡ ፡

a guide and a mercy for the muhsinun ( good-doers )
ለበጎ አድራጊዎች መሪና እዝነት ስትኾን ፡ ፡

this book , there is no doubt in it , is a guide to those who guard ( against evil ) .
ይህ መጽሐፍ ( ከአላህ ለመኾኑ ) ጥርጥር የለበትም ፤ ለፈራህያን መሪ ነው ፡ ፡

against whom it is written down that whosoever takes him for a guide , he guides astray , and leads him to the punishment of the blaze .
እነሆ ! የተከተለውን ሰው እርሱ ያጠመዋል ፡ ፡ ወደ ነዳጅ እሳት ስቃይም ይመራዋል ማለት በርሱ ላይ ተጽፏል ፡ ፡

father , i fear that the punishment of the merciful will fall upon you and you will become a guide of satan '
« አባቴ ሆይ ! እኔ ከአልረሕማን ቅጣት ሊያገኝህ ለሰይጣንም ጓደኛ ልትኾን እፈራለሁ ፡ ፡ »

and thus have we made for every prophet an enemy from among the sinners and sufficient is your lord as a guide and a helper .
እንደዚሁም ለነቢዩ ሁሉ ከአመጸኞች የኾነ ጠላትን አድርገናል ፡ ፡ መሪና ረዳትም በጌታህ በቃ ፡ ፡

and surely we have brought them a book which we have expounded with knowledge , a guide and a mercy for those who believe .
ከዕውቀት ጋርም የዘረዘርነው የኾነን መጽሐፍ ለሚያምኑ ሕዝቦች መምሪያና እዝነት ሲኾን በእርግጥ አመጣንላቸው ፡ ፡

this ( quran ) is an enlightenment for the people and a guide and mercy for the people who have strong faith .
ይሀ ( ቁርኣን ) ለሰዎች የልብ ብርሃኖች ነው ፡ ፡ ለሚያረጋግጡም ሕዝቦች መሪና እዝነት ነው ፡ ፡

( muhammad ) , tell the people , whoever is an enemy to gabriel who has delivered the book to your heart as a guide and as joyful news to the believers ,
ለጂብሪል ( ለገብርኤል ) ጠላት የኾነ ሰው ( በቁጭት ይሙት ) በላቸው ፡ ፡ እርሱ ( ቁርኣኑን ) ከበፊቱ ለነበሩት ( መጻሕፍት ) አረጋጋጭ ለምእመናን መሪና ብስራት ሲኾን በአላህ ፈቃድ በልብህ ላይ አውርዶታልና ፡ ፡

believers , do not take your fathers or your brothers for a guide if they love disbelief rather than belief . whosoever of you takes them for guides are the harmdoers .
እናንተ ያመናችሁ ሆይ ! አባቶቻችሁና ወንድሞቻችሁ ክህደትን ከእምነት አብልጠው ቢወዱ ወዳጆች አድርጋችሁ አትያዙዋቸው ፡ ፡ ከእናንተም ውስጥ ወዳጅ የሚያደርጋቸው እነዚያ እነሱ በዳዮች ናቸው ፤

god will not forgive or guide to the right path those who first believe , then disbelieve , again believe and disbelieve , and then increase their disbelief .
እነዚያ ( በሙሳ ) ያመኑና ከዚያም ( ወይፈንን በመገዛት ) የካዱ ከዚያም ( በእርሱ ) ያመኑ ከዚያም ( በዒሳ ) የካዱ ከዚያም ( በሙሐመድ ) ክሕደትን የጨመሩ አላህ ለእነሱ የሚምራቸውና ቅኑን መንገድ የሚመራቸው አይደለም ፡ ፡

( we made it a guide for ) the offspring of those whom we carried in the ark with noah , a thankful servant ( of god ) .
እናንተ ከኑሕ ጋር ( በመርከቢቱ ) የጫናቸው ዘሮች ሆይ ! ( አላህን ተገዙ ) እርሱ በብዙ አመስጋኝ ባሪያ ነበርና ፡ ፡

and those who disbelieve say : wherefore is not a sign sent down unto him from his lord ! thou art but a warner ; and unto every people there is a guide .
እነዚያም የካዱት በእርሱ ላይ ከጌታው ተዓምር ለምን አልተወረደለትም ይላሉ ፡ ፡ አንተ አስፈራሪ ብቻ ነህ ፡ ፡ ለሕዝብም ሁሉ መሪ አላቸው ፡ ፡
