now we, brethren, as isaac was, are the children of promise.
እኛም፥ ወንድሞች ሆይ፥ እንደ ይስሐቅ የተስፋ ቃል ልጆች ነን።

know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of abraham.
እንኪያስ ከእምነት የሆኑት እነዚህ የአብርሃም ልጆች እንደ ሆኑ እወቁ።

peter saith unto him, of strangers. jesus saith unto him, then are the children free.
ጴጥሮስም። ከእንግዶች ባለው ጊዜ ኢየሱስ። እንኪያስ ልጆቻቸው ነጻ ናቸው።

wherefore ye be witnesses unto yourselves, that ye are the children of them which killed the prophets.
እንግዲያስ የነቢያት ገዳዮች ልጆች እንደሆናችሁ በራሳችሁ ላይ ትመሰክራላችሁ።

ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which god made with our fathers, saying unto abraham, and in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed.
እናንተ የነቢያት ልጆችና እግዚአብሔር ለአብርሃም። በዘርህ የምድር ወገኖች ሁሉ ይባረካሉ ብሎ፥ ከአባቶቻችን ጋር ያደረገው የኪዳን ልጆች ናችሁ።

that is, they which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of god: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.
ይህም፥ የተስፋ ቃል ልጆች ዘር ሆነው ይቆጠራሉ እንጂ እነዚህ የሥጋ ልጆች የሆኑ የእግዚአብሔር ልጆች አይደሉም ማለት ነው።

and had a wall great and high, and had twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels, and names written thereon, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of israel:
ታላቅና ረጅም ቅጥር ነበራት፥ አሥራ ሁለትም ደጆች ነበሩአት በደጆቹም አሥራ ሁለት መላእክት ቆሙ፥ የአሥራ ሁለቱም የእስራኤል ልጆች ነገዶች ስሞች ተጽፈውባቸው ነበር።

the wealth and the children of the unbelievers can never make them independent of god . they are the dwellers of hell wherein they will live forever .
እነዚያ የካዱት ሰዎች ገንዘቦቻቸውና ልጆቻቸው ከአላህ ( ቅጣት ) እነርሱን ምንንም አያድኑዋቸውም ፡ ፡ እነዚያም የእሳት ጓዶች ናቸው ፡ ፡ እነርሱ በእርስዋ ውስጥ ዘውታሪዎች ናቸው ፡ ፡

approach him and say , `we are the messengers of your lord; so let the children of israel go with us, and do not torment them. we bring you a sign from your lord , and peace be upon him who follows guidance .
« ወደርሱም ኺዱ ፤ በሉትም ፡ - ‹ እኛ የጌታህ መልክተኞች ነን ፡ ፡ › የእስራኤልንም ልጆች ከኛ ጋር ልቀቅ ፡ ፡ አታሰቃያቸውም ፡ ፡ ከጌታህ በኾነው ተዓምር በእርግጥ መጥተንሃልና ፡ ፡ ሰላምም ቀጥታን በተከተለ ሰው ላይ ይኹን ፡ ፡

so go you both to pharaoh , and say , " we are the messengers of thy lord , so send forth with us the children of israel and chastise them not ; we have brought thee a sign from thy lord ; and peace be upon him who follows the guidance !
« ወደርሱም ኺዱ ፤ በሉትም ፡ - ‹ እኛ የጌታህ መልክተኞች ነን ፡ ፡ › የእስራኤልንም ልጆች ከኛ ጋር ልቀቅ ፡ ፡ አታሰቃያቸውም ፡ ፡ ከጌታህ በኾነው ተዓምር በእርግጥ መጥተንሃልና ፡ ፡ ሰላምም ቀጥታን በተከተለ ሰው ላይ ይኹን ፡ ፡

the jews and the nazarenes say : ' we are the children of allah and his loved ones ' say : ' why then does he punish you for your sins ? surely , you are mortals amongst what he created .
አይሁዶችና ክርስቲያኖችም « እኛ የአላህ ልጆችና ወዳጆቹ ነን » አሉ ፡ ፡ « ታዲያ በኃጢአቶቻችሁ ለምን ያሰቃያችኋል አይደላችሁም እናንተ ከፈጠራቸው ሰዎች ናችሁ » በላቸው ፡ ፡ ለሚሻው ሰው ይምራል ፡ ፡ የሚሻውንም ሰው ይቀጣል ፡ ፡ የሰማያትና የምድርም በመካከላቸውም ያለው ሁሉ ንግሥና የአላህ ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡ መመለሻም ወደርሱ ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡

o you who believe , be helpers of god , as jesus , son of mary , had said to the disciples : " who will help me in the way of god ? " and they had answered : " we are the helpers of god . " then a section among the children of israel believed , but a section among them did not .
እናንተ ያመናችሁ ሆይ ! የመርየም ልጅ ዒሳ ለሐዋርያቶቹ « ወደ አላህ ረዳቴ ማነው ? » እንዳለ ሐወርያቶቹም « እኛ የአላህ ረዳቶች ነን » እንዳሉት የአላህ ረዳቶች ኹኑ ፡ ፡ ከእስራኤልም ልጆች አንደኛዋ ጭፍራ አመነች ፡ ፡ ሌላይቱም ጭፍራ ካደች ፡ ፡ እነዚያን ያመኑትንም በጠላታቸው ላይ አበረታናቸው ፤ አሸናፊዎችም ኾኑ ፡ ፡
