የ ( ሰማያት ) መሰላሎች ባለቤት ከኾነው አላህ ( መላሽ የለውም ) ፡ ፡

by oath of the beloved shining star mohammed ( peace and blessings be upon him ) , when he returned from the ascent .
በኮከብ እምላለሁ በወደቀ ( በገባ ) ጊዜ ፡ ፡

( * the ascent of the holy prophet to the heavens and beyond , which the disbelievers denied as just a dream . * * the zakkum tree which will grow in hell and be the food for its inhabitants . )
ላንተም ጌታህ ( ዕውቀቱ ) በሰዎቹ ከበበ ባልንህ ጊዜ ( አስታውስ ) ፡ ፡ ያችንም ( በሌሊቱ ጉዞ በዓይንህ ) ያሳየንህን ትርዕይት ለሰዎች ፈተና እንጂ አላደረግናትም ፡ ፡ በቁርኣንም የተረገመችውን ዛፍ ( እንደዚሁ ፈተና እንጂ አላደረግንም ) ፡ ፡ እናስፈራራቸዋለንም ፤ ታላቅንም ጥመት እንጂ አይጨምርላቸውም ፡ ፡
