እነዚያ ከአላህ ሌላ የምትገ ³ ቸው ብጤዎቻችሁ ተገዢዎች ናቸው ፡ ፡ እውነተኞችም እንደኾናችሁ ጥሩዋቸውና ለእናንተ ይመልሱላችሁ ፤ ( መመለስ ግን አይችሉም ) ፡ ፡

and do not call , apart from god , on what neither benefits you nor harms you . if you do , you are then one of the wrongdoers .
« ከአላህም በቀር የማይጠቅምንና የማይጎዳን አትገዛ ፡ ፡ ብትሠራም አንተ ያንጊዜ ከበደለኞቹ ትሆናለህ » ( ተብያለሁ በላቸው ) ፡ ፡

verily , those whom you call upon besides allah are slaves like you . so call upon them and let them answer you if you are truthful .
እነዚያ ከአላህ ሌላ የምትገ ³ ቸው ብጤዎቻችሁ ተገዢዎች ናቸው ፡ ፡ እውነተኞችም እንደኾናችሁ ጥሩዋቸውና ለእናንተ ይመልሱላችሁ ፤ ( መመለስ ግን አይችሉም ) ፡ ፡

god 's remainder is better for you , if you are believers . and i am not a guardian over you .
አላህ ያስቀረላችሁ ለእናንተ የተሻለ ነው ፡ ፡ ምእመናን እንደሆናችሁ ( አላህ በሰጣችሁ ውደዱ ) ፡ ፡ እኔም ( መካሪ እንጅ ) በናንተ ላይ ተጠባባቂ አይደለሁም ፡ ፡ »

we did not give immortality to any human before you . if you are fated to die , will they live on forever ?
( ሙሐመድ ሆይ ! ) ካንተ በፊት ለማንም ሰው ዘለዓለም መኖርን አላደረግንም ፡ ፡ ታዲያ ብትሞት እነሱ ዘውታሪዎች ናቸውን

if you find no one at home , do not go in until permission has been granted you . if you are told to go away , then go away .
በውስጧም አንድንም ሰው ባታገኙ ለእናንተ እስከሚፈቀድላችሁ ድረስ አትግቧት ፡ ፡ ለእናንተ ተመለሱ ብትባሉም ተመለሱ ፡ ፡ እርሱ ለእናንተ የተሻለ ነው ፡ ፡ አላህም የምትሠሩትን ሁሉ ዐዋቂ ነው ፡ ፡

( and when she saw him ) she said : ' i take refuge in the merciful from you ! if you are fearful '
« እኔ ከአንተ በአልረሕማን እጠበቃለሁ ፡ ፡ ጌታህን ፈሪ እንደ ሆንክ ( አትቅረበኝ ) » አለች ፡ ፡

they said , ' your augury is with you ; if you are reminded ? but you are a prodigal people . '
« ገደ ቢስነታችሁ ከእናንተው ጋር ነው ፡ ፡ ብትገሰጹ ( ትዝታላችሁን ? ) በእውነቱ እናንተ ወሰን አላፊዎች ሕዝቦች ናችሁ » አሏቸው ፡ ፡

he who has strayed cannot harm you if you are guided . to god is you return , all of you , and he will inform you of what you used to do .
እናንተ ያመናችሁ ሆይ ! ነፍሶቻችሁን ( ከእሳት ) ያዙ ፤ ( ጠብቁ ) ፡ ፡ በተመራችሁ ጊዜ የተሳሳተ ሰው አይጎዳችሁም ፡ ፡ የሁላችሁም መመለሻ ወደ አላህ ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡ ትሠሩትም የነበራችሁትን ሁሉ ይነግራችኋል ፡ ፡

he who strays cannot hurt you if you are guided . to allah will be the return of you all , whereat he will inform you concerning what you used to do .
እናንተ ያመናችሁ ሆይ ! ነፍሶቻችሁን ( ከእሳት ) ያዙ ፤ ( ጠብቁ ) ፡ ፡ በተመራችሁ ጊዜ የተሳሳተ ሰው አይጎዳችሁም ፡ ፡ የሁላችሁም መመለሻ ወደ አላህ ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡ ትሠሩትም የነበራችሁትን ሁሉ ይነግራችኋል ፡ ፡

believers , look after your own souls , he who goes astray cannot harm you if you are guided . you shall all return to allah , and he will inform you of what you have done .
እናንተ ያመናችሁ ሆይ ! ነፍሶቻችሁን ( ከእሳት ) ያዙ ፤ ( ጠብቁ ) ፡ ፡ በተመራችሁ ጊዜ የተሳሳተ ሰው አይጎዳችሁም ፡ ፡ የሁላችሁም መመለሻ ወደ አላህ ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡ ትሠሩትም የነበራችሁትን ሁሉ ይነግራችኋል ፡ ፡

and what reason have you that you should not believe in allah ? and the apostle calls on you that you may believe in your lord , and indeed he has made a covenant with you if you are believers .
መልክተኛው በጌታችሁ እንድታምኑ የሚጠራችሁ ሲኾን ( ጌታችሁ ) ኪዳናችሁንም የያዘባችሁ ሲኾን በአላህ የማታምኑት ለእናንተ ምን አልላችሁ ? የምታምኑ ብትኾኑ ( ወደ እምነት ቸኩሉ ) ፡ ፡

give full measure and weight , and do not cheat people out of their rights , and do not corrupt the land once it has been set right . this is better for you , if you are believers . ”
ወደ መድየንም ( ምድያን ) ወንድማቸውን ሹዓይብን ( ላክን ) ፤ አላቸው ፡ - « ወገኖቼ ሆይ ! አላህን ተገዙ ፡ ፡ ከእርሱ በቀር ምንም አምላክ የላችሁም ፡ ፡ ከጌታችሁ ዘንድ ግልጽ ማስረጃ በእርግጥ መጥታላችኋለች ፡ ፡ ስፍርንና ሚዛንን ሙሉ ፡ ፡ ሰዎችንም አንዳቾቻቸውን ( ገንዘቦቻቸውን ) አታጉድሉባቸው ፡ ፡ በምድርም ውስጥ ከተበጀች በኋላ አታበላሹ ፡ ፡ ይህ ምእምናን እንደኾናችሁ ለእናንተ የተሻለ ነው ፡ ፡ »

why should you not have faith in allah when the apostle invites you to have faith in your lord , and he has certainly made a covenant with you , if you are [ genuinely ] faithful ?
መልክተኛው በጌታችሁ እንድታምኑ የሚጠራችሁ ሲኾን ( ጌታችሁ ) ኪዳናችሁንም የያዘባችሁ ሲኾን በአላህ የማታምኑት ለእናንተ ምን አልላችሁ ? የምታምኑ ብትኾኑ ( ወደ እምነት ቸኩሉ ) ፡ ፡

do they say that the messenger has himself composed the qur 'an ? say : ' in that case bring forth just one surah like it and call on all whom you can , except allah , to help you if you are truthful .
በእውነትም « ( ሙሐመድ ) ቀጣጠፈው » ይላሉን « ይህ ከሆነ መሰሉን ( አንዲት ) ሱራ አምጡ ፡ ፡ ከአላህም ሌላ የቻላችሁትን ሁሉ ( ረዳት ) ጥሩ ፡ ፡ እውነተኞች እንደሆናችሁ ( ተጋግዛችሁ አምጡ ) » በላቸው ፡ ፡

" that which is left by allah for you ( after giving the rights of the people ) is better for you , if you are believers . and i am not set over you as a guardian .
አላህ ያስቀረላችሁ ለእናንተ የተሻለ ነው ፡ ፡ ምእመናን እንደሆናችሁ ( አላህ በሰጣችሁ ውደዱ ) ፡ ፡ እኔም ( መካሪ እንጅ ) በናንተ ላይ ተጠባባቂ አይደለሁም ፡ ፡ »
