14 september, 2012 marks the first anniversary of his arrest.
መስከረም 4/2005 የታሰረበት አንደኛ ዓመት ነበር፡፡

the ( indelible ) marking of allah . and who marks better than allah !
የአላህን ( የተፈጥሮ ) መንክር ( እምነት ) ያዙ ፡ ፡ በመንከርም ከአላህ ይበልጥ ያማረ ማነው ? ( ማንም የለም ) እኛም ለርሱ ብቻ ተገዢዎች ነን ( በሉ ) ፡ ፡

and marks and sign-posts ; and by the stars ( men ) guide themselves .
ምልክቶችንም ( አደረገ ) ፡ ፡ በከዋክብትም እነሱ ይምመራሉ ፡ ፡

the guilty will be known by their marks , and will be taken by the forelocks and the feet .
ከሓዲዎች በምልክታቸው ይታወቃሉ ፡ ፡ አናቶቻቸውንና ጫማዎቻቸውንም ይያዛሉ ፡ ፡

the criminals will be known by their marks , and they will be seized by the forelocks and the feet .
ከሓዲዎች በምልክታቸው ይታወቃሉ ፡ ፡ አናቶቻቸውንና ጫማዎቻቸውንም ይያዛሉ ፡ ፡

the culprits shall be known by their marks , and shall be seized by their forelocks and their feet .
ከሓዲዎች በምልክታቸው ይታወቃሉ ፡ ፡ አናቶቻቸውንና ጫማዎቻቸውንም ይያዛሉ ፡ ፡

( for ) the sinners will be known by their marks : and they will be seized by their forelocks and their feet .
ከሓዲዎች በምልክታቸው ይታወቃሉ ፡ ፡ አናቶቻቸውንና ጫማዎቻቸውንም ይያዛሉ ፡ ፡

and the companions of the ramparts call to men whose marks they recognize : ' neither your amassing nor your pride have availed you .
የአዕራፍም ሰዎች በምልክታቸው የሚያውቁዋቸውን ( ታላላቅ ) ሰዎች ይጣራሉ ፡ ፡ « ስብስባችሁና በብዛታችሁ የምትኮሩ መኾናችሁም ከእናንተ ምንም አልጠቀማችሁ » ይሏቸዋል ፡ ፡

and if we would , we could show them unto thee ( muhammad ) so that thou shouldst know them surely by their marks . and thou shalt know them by the burden of their talk .
በሻንም ኖሮ እነርሱን ባሳየንህና በምልክታቸውም በእርግጥ ባወቅሃቸው ነበር ፡ ፡ ንግግርንም በማሸሞራቸው በእርግጥ ታውቃቸዋለህ ፡ ፡ አላህም ሥራዎቻችሁን ያውቃል ፡ ፡

and if we willed , we would surely shew them unto thee , so that thou shouldst surely know them by their marks . and thou shalt surely know them by the mode of their speech .
በሻንም ኖሮ እነርሱን ባሳየንህና በምልክታቸውም በእርግጥ ባወቅሃቸው ነበር ፡ ፡ ንግግርንም በማሸሞራቸው በእርግጥ ታውቃቸዋለህ ፡ ፡ አላህም ሥራዎቻችሁን ያውቃል ፡ ፡

and if we please we would have made you know them so that you would certainly have recognized them by their marks and most certainly you can recognize them by the intent of ( their ) speech ; and allah knows your deeds .
በሻንም ኖሮ እነርሱን ባሳየንህና በምልክታቸውም በእርግጥ ባወቅሃቸው ነበር ፡ ፡ ንግግርንም በማሸሞራቸው በእርግጥ ታውቃቸዋለህ ፡ ፡ አላህም ሥራዎቻችሁን ያውቃል ፡ ፡

the men on the heights will call to certain men whom they will know from their marks , saying : " of what profit to you were your hoards and your arrogant ways ?
የአዕራፍም ሰዎች በምልክታቸው የሚያውቁዋቸውን ( ታላላቅ ) ሰዎች ይጣራሉ ፡ ፡ « ስብስባችሁና በብዛታችሁ የምትኮሩ መኾናችሁም ከእናንተ ምንም አልጠቀማችሁ » ይሏቸዋል ፡ ፡

" they have already misled many ; and grant thou no increase to the wrong-doers but in straying ( from their mark ) . "
« በእርግጥም ብዙዎችን አሳሳቱ ፡ ፡ ከሓዲዎችንም ጥመትን እንጅ ሌላን አትጨምርላቸው » ( አለ ) ፡ ፡
