« ወደ አባታችሁ ተመለሱ በሉትም ፡ - አባታችን ሆይ ! ልጅህ ሰረቀ ፡ ፡ ባወቅነውም ነገር እንጂ አልመሰከርንም ፡ ፡ ሩቁንም ነገር ( ምስጢሩን ) ዐዋቂዎች አልነበርንም ፡ ፡

« ወደ አባታችሁ ተመለሱ በሉትም ፡ - አባታችን ሆይ ! ልጅህ ሰረቀ ፡ ፡ ባወቅነውም ነገር እንጂ አልመሰከርንም ፡ ፡ ሩቁንም ነገር ( ምስጢሩን ) ዐዋቂዎች አልነበርንም ፡ ፡

and recall that we delivered you from the people of pharaoh . they inflicted on you terrible persecution , killing your sons and sparing your women .
ከፈርዖንም ቤተሰቦች ( ከጎሶቹና ከሰራዊቱ ) ብርቱን ቅጣት የሚያቀምሱዋችሁ ወንዶች ልጆቻችሁን የሚያርዱ ሴቶቻችሁንም የሚተው ሲኾኑ ባዳንናችሁ ጊዜ ( የኾነውን አስታውሱ ) ፡ ፡ በዚሃችሁም ከጌታችሁ ታላቅ ፈተና አለበት ፡ ፡

he has created your sons and grandsons from your spouses and has given you pure things for your sustenance . do they then believe in falsehood and reject the bounties of god ?
አላህም ከነፍሶቻችሁ ( ከጎሶቻችሁ ) ለእናንተ ሚስቶችን አደረገ ፡ ፡ ለእናንተም ከሚስቶቻችሁ ወንዶች ልጆችን ፣ የልጅ ልጆችንም አደረገላችሁ ፡ ፡ ከመልካሞችም ጸጋዎች ሰጣችሁ ፡ ፡ ታድያ በውሸት ( በጣኦት ) ያምናሉን በአላህም ጸጋ እነሱ ይክዳሉን

" children of israel , when i saved you from the pharaoh and his people who made you suffer the worst kinds of torment , killing your sons and keeping your women alive , it was a great trial for you from your lord . "
ከፈርዖንም ቤተሰቦች ብርቱን ቅጣት የሚያቀምሱዋችሁ ወንዶች ልጆቻችሁን የሚገድሉ ሴቶቻችሁንም የሚተዉ ሲኾኑ ባዳናችሁ ጊዜ ( አስታውሱ ) ፡ ፡ በዚህም ውስጥ ከጌታችሁ ዘንድ የኾነ ከባድ ፈተና አለበት ፡ ፡
