እንደዚሁም ለዩሱፍ በምድር ላይ ከእርሷ በፈለገው ስፍራ የሚሰፍር ሲሆን አስመቸነው ፡ ፡ በችሮታችን የምንሻውን ሰው እንለያለን ፡ ፡ የበጎ ሠሪዎችንም ዋጋ አናጠፋም ፡ ፡

and thus we established joseph in the land to settle therein wherever he willed . we touch with our mercy whom we will , and we do not allow to be lost the reward of those who do good .
እንደዚሁም ለዩሱፍ በምድር ላይ ከእርሷ በፈለገው ስፍራ የሚሰፍር ሲሆን አስመቸነው ፡ ፡ በችሮታችን የምንሻውን ሰው እንለያለን ፡ ፡ የበጎ ሠሪዎችንም ዋጋ አናጠፋም ፡ ፡

by which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what i preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
በከንቱ ካላመናችሁ በቀር፥ ብታስቡት፥ በምን ቃል እንደ ሰበክሁላችሁ አሳስባችኋለሁ።

then thereafter there shall come upon you seven hard years , that shall devour what you have laid up for them , all but a little you keep in store .
« ከዚያም ከእነዚያ በኋላ ካደለባችሁት ጥቂት ሲቀር ለእነሱ ያደለባችሁትን ሁሉ የሚበሉ ሰባት የችግር ዓመታት ይመጣሉ ፡ ፡

“ are these the ones you swore god will not touch with mercy ? ” “ enter the garden ; you have nothing to fear , and you will not grieve . ”
እነዚያ አላህ በችሮታው አያገኛቸውም ብላችሁ የማላችሁት ( ደካሞች ) እነዚህ ናቸውን « ገነትን ግቡ ፍርሃት የለባችሁም እናንተም አታዝኑም » ( ተባሉ ይሏቸዋል ) ፡ ፡

" then verily , we can produce magic the like thereof ; so appoint a meeting between us and you , which neither we , nor you shall fail to keep , in an open wide place where both shall have a just and equal chance ( and beholders could witness the competition ) . "
« መሰሉንም ድግምት እናመጣብሃለን ፡ ፡ በእኛና ባንተም መካከል እኛም አንተም የማንጥሰው የኾነ ቀጠሮን በመካከለኛ ስፍራ አድርግልን » አለ ፡ ፡
