የቲምንማ አትጨቁን ፡ ፡

ይህም ያ የቲምን በኀይል የሚገፈትረው ፤

such is the one who repulses the orphans away ,
ይህም ያ የቲምን በኀይል የሚገፈትረው ፤

nay , nay ! but ye honour not the orphans !
ይከልከል ፤ ይልቁንም የቲምን አታከብሩም ፡ ፡

no . in fact you are not generous to the orphans ,
ይከልከል ፤ ይልቁንም የቲምን አታከብሩም ፡ ፡

and feed the needy for the love of him , and the orphans and the captives ,
ምግብንም ከመውደዳቸው ጋር ለድኻ ፣ ለየቲምም ፣ ለምርኮኛም ለእስረኛም ያበላሉ ፡ ፡

they feed the destitute , orphans , and captives for the love of god , saying ,
ምግብንም ከመውደዳቸው ጋር ለድኻ ፣ ለየቲምም ፣ ለምርኮኛም ለእስረኛም ያበላሉ ፡ ፡

they give food , despite their love for it , to the poor and orphans and captives ,
ምግብንም ከመውደዳቸው ጋር ለድኻ ፣ ለየቲምም ፣ ለምርኮኛም ለእስረኛም ያበላሉ ፡ ፡

those who devour the possessions of the orphans unjustly devour only fire , and will surely burn in hell .
እነዚያ የየቲሞችን ገንዘብ በመበደል የሚበሉ በሆዶቻቸው ውስጥ የሚበሉት እሳትን ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡ እሳትንም በእርግጥ ይገባሉ ፡ ፡

give the orphans their wealth . do not exchange the evil for the good , nor consume their wealth with your wealth .
የቲሞችንም ገንዘቦቻቸውን ስጡ ፡ ፡ መጥፎውንም በመልካሙ አትለውጡ ፡ ፡ ገንዘቦቻቸውንም ወደ ገንዘቦቻችሁ ( በመቀላቀል ) አትብሉ እርሱ ታላቅ ኃጢአት ነውና ፡ ፡

( since wealth does not necessarily guarantee everlasting happiness ) then why do you not show kindness to the orphans ,
ይከልከል ፤ ይልቁንም የቲምን አታከብሩም ፡ ፡

if relatives , orphans or destitute people , are present at the distribution of the legacy , give them something and speak kindly to them .
ክፍያንም ( ወራሽ ያልኾኑ ) የዝምድና ባለቤቶችና የቲሞች ፣ ምስኪኖችም በተገኙበት ጊዜ ከእርሱ ዳርጓቸው ፡ ፡ መልካምንም ንግግር ተናገሩዋቸው ፡ ፡

give unto orphans their wealth . exchange not the good for the bad ( in your management thereof ) nor absorb their wealth into your own wealth .
የቲሞችንም ገንዘቦቻቸውን ስጡ ፡ ፡ መጥፎውንም በመልካሙ አትለውጡ ፡ ፡ ገንዘቦቻቸውንም ወደ ገንዘቦቻችሁ ( በመቀላቀል ) አትብሉ እርሱ ታላቅ ኃጢአት ነውና ፡ ፡

( as for ) those who swallow the property of the orphans unjustly , surely they only swallow fire into their bellies and they shall enter burning fire .
እነዚያ የየቲሞችን ገንዘብ በመበደል የሚበሉ በሆዶቻቸው ውስጥ የሚበሉት እሳትን ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡ እሳትንም በእርግጥ ይገባሉ ፡ ፡

they will ask you what they should spend on others . say , " whatever you give should be for parents , close relatives , orphans , the needy , and travellers .
ምንን ( ለማንም ) እንደሚለግሱ ይጠይቁሃል ፡ ፡ ከመልካም ነገር የምትለግሱት ፤ ለወላጆችና ለቅርብ ዘመዶች ፣ ለየቲሞችም ፣ ለድሆችም ፣ ለመንገደኞችም ነው ፡ ፡ ከበጎ ነገርም ማንኛውንም ብትሠሩ አላህ እርሱን ዐዋቂ ነው በላቸው ፡ ፡
