urges member states to use the model strategies and practical measures on the elimination of violence against women in the field of crime prevention and criminal justice to review their criminal law and procedure, to develop law enforcement responses to violence against women, to address sentencing and corrections options in relation to offences against women, to provide for victim support and assistance policies and health and social services for victims of violence against women and girls, as well as to design specific crime prevention strategies to prevent violence against women;
1- يحث الدول الأعضاء على استخدام الاستراتيجيات النموذجية والتدابير العملية للقضاء على العنف ضد المرأة في مجال منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية() بغية مراجعة قوانينها وإجراءاتها الجنائية واتخاذ تدابير في إطار إنفاذ القانون لمواجهة العنف ضد المرأة ومعالجة خيارات إصدار الأحكام والتدابير الإصلاحية فيما يتعلق بالجرائم المرتكبة ضد المرأة والعمل على وضع سياسات لدعم الضحايا ومساعدتهم وتوفير الخدمات الصحية والاجتماعية لضحايا العنف ضد النساء والفتيات، فضلا عن تصميم استراتيجيات محددة في مجال منع الجريمة درءاً لوقوع العنف ضد المرأة؛
