Աբիմելէքն ասաց նրան. «Ես չեմ իմացել, թէ ով է արել այդ բանը, իսկ դու էլ ինձ բան չես ասել: Ես միայն այսօր եմ լսում այդ մասին»:

and he said, i seek my brethren: tell me, i pray thee, where they feed their flocks.
Նա պատասխանեց. «Իմ եղբայրներին եմ փնտռում: Ասա՛ ինձ, որտե՞ղ են նրանք ոչխարներ արածեցնում»:

why doth this man thus speak blasphemies? who can forgive sins but god only?
«Այս ի՞նչ է խօսում, սա հայհոյում է. ո՞վ կարող է մեղքերին թողութիւն տալ, եթէ ոչ՝ միայն Աստուած»:

many therefore of his disciples, when they had heard this, said, this is an hard saying; who can hear it?
Եւ աշակերտներից շատերը, երբ լսեցին, ասացին. «Խիստ է այդ խօսքը. ո՞վ կարող է այն լսել»:

and when they had nothing to pay, he frankly forgave them both. tell me therefore, which of them will love him most?
Եւ քանի որ նրանք հատուցելու ոչինչ չունէին, երկուսին էլ պարտքը շնորհեց. հիմա ասա՛, ո՞վ աւելի շատ կը սիրի նրան»:

and jesus answered and said unto them, i also will ask you one thing, which if ye tell me, i in like wise will tell you by what authority i do these things.
Յիսուս պատասխանեց եւ ասաց նրանց. «Ես էլ ձեզ մի բան հարցնեմ. եթէ ինձ ասէք, ես էլ ձե՛զ կ՚ասեմ, թէ ինչ իշխանութեամբ եմ այս անում:

and laban said unto jacob, because thou art my brother, shouldest thou therefore serve me for nought? tell me, what shall thy wages be?
Լաբանն ասաց Յակոբին. «Քանի որ դու իմ եղբայրն ես, ինձ ձրի չես ծառայի: Ասա՛ ինձ, ի՞նչ է քո վարձը»:

and jacob asked him, and said, tell me, i pray thee, thy name. and he said, wherefore is it that thou dost ask after my name? and he blessed him there.
Յակոբը հարց տուեց. «Ասա՛ ինձ քո անունը»: Նա ասաց. «Ինչո՞ւ ես հարցնում իմ անունը»: Եւ նա տեղնուտեղը օրհնեց նրան:

Նա հարցրեց նրան ու ասաց. «Ու՞մ դուստրն ես դու, յայտնի՛ր ինձ, քո տանը մեզ համար իջեւանելու տեղ կա՞յ»:

jesus saith unto her, woman, why weepest thou? whom seekest thou? she, supposing him to be the gardener, saith unto him, sir, if thou have borne him hence, tell me where thou hast laid him, and i will take him away.
Յիսուս նրան ասաց. «Ո՛վ կին, ինչո՞ւ ես լալիս, ո՞ւմ ես փնտռում»: Նրան այնպէս թուաց, թէ պարտիզպանն է. եւ ասաց նրան. «Տէ՛ր, եթէ դու ես նրան վերցրել, ասա՛ ինձ՝ ուր ես դրել նրան, որպէսզի ես նրան վերցնեմ»:
