তারা বলল , তবে কি তুমিই ইউসুফ ! বললেনঃ আমিই ইউসুফ এবং এ হল আমার সহোদর ভাই । আল ্ লাহ আমাদের প ্ রতি অনুগ ্ রহ করেছেন । নিশ ্ চয় যে তাকওয়া অবলম ্ বন করে এবং সবর করে , আল ্ লাহ এহেন সৎকর ্ মশীলদের প ্ রতিদান বিনষ ্ ট করেন না ।

tell them , " obey god and the messenger . " if they turn away ( let it be known ) that god does not love the unbelievers .
বলুন , আল ্ লাহ ও রসূলের আনুগত ্ য প ্ রকাশ কর । বস ্ তুতঃ যদি তারা বিমুখতা অবলম ্ বন করে , তাহলে আল ্ লাহ কাফেরদিগকে ভালবাসেন না ।

it is thus likely that men will bear witness rightly , or else fear that their oaths may be disproved by oaths given after them . so fear god , and do not forget that god does not guide the iniquitous .
এইভাবে এটি অধিক সম ্ ভবপর যে তারা সাক ্ ষ ্ য দেবে তাদের মুখের উপর , অথবা তারা আশংকা করবে যে অন ্ য শপথ তাদর শপথকে পরবর ্ তীকালে বাতিল ক ’ রে দেবে । আর আল ্ লাহ ্ ‌ কে ভয়ভক ্ তি করো ও শোন । আর আল ্ লাহ ্ হেদায়ত করেন না অবাধ ্ য লোকদের ।

tell those who believe , to forgive those who do not look forward to the days of allah : it is for him to recompense ( for good or ill ) each people according to what they have earned .
মুমিনদেরকে বলুন , তারা যেন তাদেরকে ক ্ ষমা করে , যারা আল ্ লাহর সে দিনগুলো সম ্ পর ্ কে বিশ ্ বাস রাখে না যাতে তিনি কোন সম ্ প ্ রদায়কে কৃতকর ্ মের প ্ রতিফল দেন ।

if you have suffered a wound , they too have suffered a similar wound . we bring these days to men by turns , so that god may know those who believe , and choose witnesses from among you ; and god does not love the unjust ,
তোমরা যদি আহত হয়ে থাক , তবে তারাও তো তেমনি আহত হয়েছে । আর এ দিনগুলোকে আমি মানুষের মধ ্ যে পালাক ্ রমে আবর ্ তন ঘটিয়ে থাকি । এভাবে আল ্ লাহ জানতে চান কারা ঈমানদার আর তিনি তোমাদের কিছু লোককে শহীদ হিসাবে গ ্ রহণ করতে চান । আর আল ্ লাহ অত ্ যাচারীদেরকে ভালবাসেন না ।

" from this , " said joseph , " [ the nobleman ] should know that i did not betray him in his absence , and that god does not guide the plotting of the treacherous .
''এটিই, যেন তিনি জানতে পারেন যে আমি গোপনে তাঁর প্রতি বিশ্বাসঘাতকতা করি নি। আর নিঃসন্দেহ আল্লাহ্ বিশ্বাসহন্তাদের ছলাকলা পরিচালিত করেন না।’’
