আর ( স ্ মরণ কর ) সে সময়ের কথা , যখন আমি তোমাদিগকে মুক ্ তিদান করেছি ফেরআউনের লোকদের কবল থেকে যারা তোমাদিগকে কঠিন শাস ্ তি দান করত ; তোমাদের পুত ্ রসন ্ তানদেরকে জবাই করত এবং তোমাদের স ্ ত ্ রীদিগকে অব ্ যাহতি দিত । বস ্ তুতঃ তাতে পরীক ্ ষা ছিল তোমাদের পালনকর ্ তার পক ্ ষ থেকে , মহা পরীক ্ ষা ।

said ( moses ) : " let your meeting be on the day of the feast , and let people assemble in broad daylight . "
তিনি বললেন -- ''তোমাদের নির্ধারিত দিনক্ষণ হোক উৎসবের দিন, আর লোকজন যেন জমায়েৎ হয় সকালের দিকে।’’

আর ( স ্ মরণ কর ) সে সময়ের কথা , যখন আমি তোমাদিগকে মুক ্ তিদান করেছি ফেরআউনের লোকদের কবল থেকে যারা তোমাদিগকে কঠিন শাস ্ তি দান করত ; তোমাদের পুত ্ রসন ্ তানদেরকে জবাই করত এবং তোমাদের স ্ ত ্ রীদিগকে অব ্ যাহতি দিত । বস ্ তুতঃ তাতে পরীক ্ ষা ছিল তোমাদের পালনকর ্ তার পক ্ ষ থেকে , মহা পরীক ্ ষা ।

আর স ্ মরণ করো ! আমরা তোমার কাছে জিনদের একদলকে ঝুঁকিয়ে দিয়েছিলাম যারা কুরআন শুনেছিল , তারপর তারা যখন এর সামনে হাজির হল , তারা বললে -- ''চুপ করো।’’ তারপর যখন তা শেষ করা হল, তারা তাদের স্বজাতির কাছে ফিরে গেল সতর্ককারীরূপে।

( those outside ) will call out , " were we not with you ? " ( those inside ) will reply , " yes , you were with us but you spent your life in disbelief and hypocrisy , wished death to ( muhammad ) , had doubts about his message and let your longings deceive you until the decree of god came to pass .
তারা তাদের ডেকে বলবে -- ''আমরা কি তোমাদের সঙ্গে ছিলাম না?’’ তারা বলবে -- ''হাঁ, কিন্ত তোমরা তোমাদের নিজেদের প্রলুব্ধ করেছিলে, আর প্রতীক্ষা করেছিলে, আর বৃথা কামনা তোমাদের প্রতারিত করেছিল যে পর্যন্ত না আল্লাহ্‌র বিধান এসেছিল, আর আল্লাহ্ সম্পর্কে মহাপ্রতারক তোমাদের প্রতারণা করেছিল।
