আর আল ্ লাহ ্ তোমাদের জন ্ য নির ্ দেশসমূহ সুস ্ পষ ্ ট করে দিয়েছেন । আর আল ্ লাহ ্ সর ্ বজ ্ ঞাতা , পরমজ ্ ঞানী ।

thus god makes his commandments clear to you , so that you may understand .
এইভাবে আল ্ লাহ ্ তোমাদের জন ্ য তাঁর বাণীসমূহ সুস ্ পষ ্ ট করে দিয়েছেন যেন তোমরা বুঝতে পার ।

in this wise allah expoundeth unto you his commandments , haply ye may reflect .
এইভাবে আল ্ লাহ ্ তোমাদের জন ্ য তাঁর বাণীসমূহ সুস ্ পষ ্ ট করে দিয়েছেন যেন তোমরা বুঝতে পার ।

god abrogates or confirms what he pleases ; with him is the source of all commandments .
আল ্ লাহ যা ইচ ্ ছা মিটিয়ে দেন এবং বহাল রাখেন এবং মূলগ ্ রন ্ থ তাঁর কাছেই রয়েছে ।

this is a surah which we have sent down and we have made it mandatory , and we have sent down clear commandments in it so that you may learn lessons .
একটি সূরাহ ্ -- আমরা এটি অবতারণ করেছি এবং এটিকে অবশ ্ য-পালনীয় করেছি , আর এতে আমরা অবতারণ করেছি সুস ্ পষ ্ ট আয়াতসমূহ যেন তোমরা মনোনিবেশ করতে পার ।

we had commanded adam ( certain matters ) . he forgot our commandment and we did not find in him the determination to fulfil our commandments .
আমি ইতিপূর ্ বে আদমকে নির ্ দেশ দিয়েছিলাম । অতঃপর সে ভুলে গিয়েছিল এবং আমি তার মধ ্ যে দৃঢ়তা পাইনি ।

you were not there on the western side ( of mount sinai ) when we gave the commandments to moses , nor were you witness ( to the event ) .
