ကောင်းသောအကျိုးအလိုငှါသာ ဝိညာဉ်တော်ကို လူအသီးအသီးတို့အား ထင်ရှားစွာ ပေးတော်မူလျက် ရှိ၏။

but if a woman have long hair, it is a glory to her: for her hair is given her for a covering.
မိန်းမမူကား၊ ရှည်သောဆံပင်ရှိလျှင်၊ သူ၏ ဘုန်းအသရေ ဖြစ်၏။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ မိန်းမဆံပင် သည် မိမိခြုံစရာတို့ ဖြစ်၏။

but he said unto them, all men cannot receive this saying, save they to whom it is given.
ကိုယ်တော်ကလည်း၊ ထိုစကားကို လူတိုင်းမခံမယူနိုင်။ အခွင့်ရသောသူတို့သာ ခံယူနိုင်ကြ၏။

and jesus came and spake unto them, saying, all power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.

ထိုကျမ်းစာရှိသမျှသည် ဘုရားသခင် မှုတ်သွင်းတော်မူသော အားဖြင့်ဖြစ်၍၊

for to one is given by the spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same spirit;
အဘယ်သို့နည်းဟူမူကား၊ ဝိညာဉ်တော်အားဖြင့် တယောက်သောသူအား ပညာတရားကို ပေးတော်မူ၏။ ထိုဝိညာဉ်တော်အားဖြင့် တယောက်သော သူအား ထိုးထွင်းခြင်းတရားကို ပေးတော်မူ၏။

and hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of god is shed abroad in our hearts by the holy ghost which is given unto us.
ထိုမြော်လင့်ခြင်းသည် ရှက်ကြောက်စရာ အကြောင်းနှင့် ကင်းလွတ်၏။ အဘယ်ကြောင့်နည်းဟူမူ ကား၊ ငါတို့အားပေးတော်မူသောသန့်ရှင်းသော ဝိညာဉ်တော်သည် ဘုရားသခင်၏မေတ္တာတော်ကို ငါတို့ စိတ်နှလုံးထဲသို့ ညွှန်းလောင်းတော်မူ၏။

the earth is given into the hand of the wicked: he covereth the faces of the judges thereof; if not, where, and who is he?
မြေကြီးကိုလူဆိုးတို့ လက်၌အပ်၍၊ တရားသူကြီးတို့၏ မျက်နှာကို ဖျက်တော်မူ၏။ သို့မဟုတ် ထိုအမှုကို စီရင်သောသူကားအဘယ်သူနည်း။

and he took bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them, saying, this is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me.
ထိုအခါ မုန့်ကိုယူ၍ ကျေးဇူးတော်ကိုချီးမွမ်းပြီးမှ မုန့်ကိုဖဲ့၍၊ ဤမုန့်ကား သင်တို့အဘို့ အလိုငှါ စွန့်သော ငါ၏ကိုယ် ဖြစ်၏။ ငါ့ကို အောက်မေ့ဘို့ရာ ဤသို့ပြုကြလော့ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။

and fields shall be bought in this land, whereof ye say, it is desolate without man or beast; it is given into the hand of the chaldeans.
လူမရှိ၊ တိရစ္ဆာန်မရှိ ဆိတ်ညံပြီ၊ ခါလဒဲ လူတို့ လက်သို့ ရောက်လေပြီဟု သင်တို့ဆိုတတ်သော ဤပြည်၌၊ နောက်တဖန် လယ်ယာတို့ကို ရောင်းဝယ်ကြလိမ့်မည်။

according to the grace of god which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, i have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. but let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon.
ဘုရားသခင်၏ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ငါခံရသည်နှင့် အညီ၊ လိမ္မာသော ဗိသုကာကဲ့သို့ တိုက်မြစ်ကိုချပြီ။ အခြားသောသူသည် ထပ်ဆင့်၍ တည်ဆောက်လေ၏။ သို့ရာတွင်၊ အဘယ်သို့ ထပ်ဆင့်၍ တည်ဆောက်သည်ကို လူတိုင်းသတိပြုပါစေ။

but he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. for unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more.
သခင်၏အလိုကို မသိဘဲလျက်၊ ဒဏ်ခံထိုက်သောအမှုကို ပြုမိသောသူမူကား၊ အနည်းငယ်သော ဒဏ် ကိုသာ ခံရ၏။ အကြင်သူသည် အများကိုဆပ်ရ၏။ အကြင်သူ၌ များစွာသောဥစ္စာကို အပ်နှင်း၏။ ထိုသူကို များစွာတောင်းလိမ့်မည်။

and when the sabbath day was come, he began to teach in the synagogue: and many hearing him were astonished, saying, from whence hath this man these things? and what wisdom is this which is given unto him, that even such mighty works are wrought by his hands?
ဥပုသ်နေ့ရောက်လျှင် တရားစရပ်၌ ဆုံးမဩဝါဒပေးတော်မူ၏။ လူများတို့သည် ကြားနာရလျှင် မိန်းမောတွေဝေခြင်းသို့ ရောက်၍၊ ဤသူသည် ဤအရာတို့ကို အဘယ်မှာရသနည်း။ သူရသော ပညာကား အဘယ်ပညာနည်း။ ဤမျှလောက်သော တန်ခိုးများကို အဘယ်သို့ပြနိုင်သနည်း။
