so there was a division among the people because of him.
ⲞⲨⲤⲬⲒⲤⲘⲀ ⲞⲨⲚ ⲀϤϢⲰⲠⲒ ϦⲈⲚⲠⲒⲘⲎ ϢⲈⲐⲂⲎⲦϤ.

ye see how large a letter i have written unto you with mine own hand.

sufficient to such a man is this punishment, which was inflicted of many.
ⲔⲎⲚ ⲈⲪⲀⲒ ⲘⲠⲀⲒⲢⲎϮ ⲈⲦⲀⲒⲈⲠⲒⲦⲒⲘⲒⲀ ⲐⲀⲒ ⲈⲦⲀⲤϢⲰⲠⲒ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϨⲒⲦⲈⲚ ⲞⲨⲘⲎϢ.

and i appoint unto you a kingdom, as my father hath appointed unto me;

when a strong man armed keepeth his palace, his goods are in peace:

for perhaps he therefore departed for a season, that thou shouldest receive him for ever;
ⲦⲀⲬⲀ ⲄⲀⲢ ⲈⲐⲂⲈⲪⲀⲒ ⲀϤⲪⲰⲢϪ ⲘⲘⲞⲔ ⲠⲢⲞⲤ ⲞⲨⲞⲨⲚⲞⲨ ϨⲒⲚⲀ ⲚⲦⲈⲔϬⲒⲦϤ ⲚⲈⲚⲈϨ.

wherefore god also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:

for a good tree bringeth not forth corrupt fruit; neither doth a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
ⲞⲨ ⲄⲀⲢ ⲘⲘⲞⲚ ⲞⲨϢϢⲎⲚ ⲈⲚⲀⲚⲈϤ ⲈϤⲒⲢⲒ ⲚⲞⲨⲞⲨⲦⲀϨ ⲈϤϨⲰⲞⲨ ⲠⲀⲖⲒⲚ ⲘⲘⲞⲚ ⲞⲨϢϢⲎⲚ ⲈϤϨⲰⲞⲨ ⲈϤⲒⲢⲒ ⲚⲞⲨⲞⲨⲦⲀϨ ⲈⲚⲀⲚⲈϤ.

verily, verily, i say unto you, if a man keep my saying, he shall never see death.
