Επί πλέον, θα ήθελα να επιστήσω την προσοχή στο γεγονός ότι η πρώτη οδηγία περί συντονισμού των τραπεζικών εργασιών δεσμεύει ήδη τα κράτη μέλη να μην εφαρμόζουν διατάξεις που θα είχαν σαν αποτέλεσμα την ευνοϊκότερη μεταχείριση υποκαταστημάτων σε τρίτες χώρες.
