और तुम सब्र ही करो बग़ैर तो तुम सब्र कर भी नहीं सकते और उन मुख़ालिफीन के हाल पर तुम रंज न करो और जो मक्कारीयाँ ये लोग करते हैं उससे तुम तंग दिल न हो

and be patient ; yet is thy patience only with the help of god . and do not sorrow for them , nor be thou straitened for what they devise .
और तुम सब्र ही करो बग़ैर तो तुम सब्र कर भी नहीं सकते और उन मुख़ालिफीन के हाल पर तुम रंज न करो और जो मक्कारीयाँ ये लोग करते हैं उससे तुम तंग दिल न हो

and follow what is revealed to you , , and be patient until allah will judge . and he is the best of judges .
और तुम्हारे पास जो ' वही ' भेजी जाती है तुम बस उसी की पैरवी करो और सब्र करो यहाँ तक कि ख़ुदा तुम्हारे और काफिरों के दरमियान फैसला फरमाए और वह तो तमाम फैसला करने वालों से बेहतर है

so be patient over what they say and exalt with praise of your lord before the rising of the sun and before its setting ; and during periods of the night and at the ends of the day , that you may be satisfied .
अतः जो कुछ वे कहते है उसपर धैर्य से काम लो और अपने रब का गुणगान करो , सूर्योदय से पहले और उसके डूबने से पहले , और रात की घड़ियों में भी तसबीह करो , और दिन के किनारों पर भी , ताकि तुम राज़ी हो जाओ

o my son ! maintain the prayer and bid what is right and forbid what is wrong , and be patient through whatever may befall you . that is indeed the steadiest of courses .
ऐ बेटा नमाज़ पाबन्दी से पढ़ा कर और अच्छा काम करने को कहो और बुरे काम से रोको और जो मुसीबत तुम पर पडे उस पर सब्र करो बेशक ये बड़ी हिम्मत का काम है

o my son , fulfil your moral obligations , bid what is known to be right and forbid what is wrong , and bear with patience what befalls you . these are indeed acts of courage and resolve .

सो हे भाइयों, प्रभु के आगमन तक धीरज धरो, देखो, गृहस्था पृथ्वी के बहुमूल्य फल की आशा रखता हुआ प्रथम और अन्तिम वर्षा होने तक धीरज धरता है।
