باشه، ئایا ده‌کرێت ئێمه وازتان لێ بهێنین و هۆشیاریتان نه‌که‌ینه‌وه به‌م قورئانه له‌به‌ر ئه‌وه‌ی ئێوه هۆزێکی زیاده‌ڕه و لارو وێرن (نه‌خێر شتی وا له ئێمه ناوه‌شێته‌وه).
and their saying was no other than that they said: our lord! forgive us our faults and our extravagance in our affair and make firm our feet and help us against the unbelieving people.
ئه‌وکاته گوفتاریان ته‌نها ئه‌مه بووه که وتویانه: په‌روه‌ردگارا له گوناهو هه‌ڵه‌کانمان ببوره‌و له زیاده‌ڕه‌وی کاروبارمان خۆش ببه، دامه‌زراومان بکه، سه‌رمان بخه به‌سه‌ر ئه‌م گه‌له بێباوه‌ڕه‌دا.
and their speech was naught but that they said: our lord! forgive us our sins and our extravagance in our affairs, and make our foothold firm, and make us triumph over the disbelieving people.
ئه‌وکاته گوفتاریان ته‌نها ئه‌مه بووه که وتویانه: په‌روه‌ردگارا له گوناهو هه‌ڵه‌کانمان ببوره‌و له زیاده‌ڕه‌وی کاروبارمان خۆش ببه، دامه‌زراومان بکه، سه‌رمان بخه به‌سه‌ر ئه‌م گه‌له بێباوه‌ڕه‌دا.
and it is he who produces gardens trellised and untrellised, and date-palms, and crops of different shape and taste (its fruits and its seeds) and olives, and pomegranates, similar (in kind) and different (in taste). eat of their fruit when they ripen, but pay the due thereof (its zakat, according to allah's orders 1/10th or 1/20th) on the day of its harvest, and waste not by extravagance. verily, he likes not al-musrifun (those who waste by extravagance),
خوا هه‌ر ئه‌و زاته‌یه که باخاتی به‌رزی لق و پۆپداری به‌رپا کردوه و باخاتی نزمی په‌رش و بڵاویشی به‌دی هێناوه و خورماو کشتوکاڵی جۆراوجۆریش که شێوه‌و قه‌باره‌و ڕه‌نگ و تام و بۆنیان له خواردندا جیایه، له زه‌یتوون و هه‌ناری له‌یه‌ک چوو، هه‌روه‌ها له‌یه‌ک نه‌چوو، بخۆن له به‌رو بوومه‌که‌ی کاتێک ده‌یگرێت و ڕۆژی چنین و دروێنه مافی (هه‌ژارانی) لێبده‌ن و زیاده‌ڕه‌وی مه‌که‌ن، چونکه خوا له سنوور ده‌رچوان و زیاده‌ڕه‌وانی خۆش ناوێت.
