އެއުރެންގެ މައްޗަށް ބާރު ހިންގަވާ ބޭކަލަކު ކަމުގައި ކަލޭގެފާނު ނުވެއެވެ.

and we have created for them the like of it in which they board.
އަދި އެފަދަ ތަކެތިން، އެއުރެން އަރައިގެން ދުއްވާނެ ތަކެތި އެއުރެންނަށްޓަކައި ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ހައްދަވައިދެއްވީމެވެ.

allah is creator of all things; and he only is the controller of all things.
اللَّه އީ، ހުރިހާއެއްޗެއް ހައްދަވާ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ. އަދި އެކަލާނގެއީ، ކޮންމެކަމެއްގެ މައްޗަށް ބައްލަވާވޮޑިގެންވާ، ރައްކާތެރިކުރައްވާ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.

and when they board a ship, they supplicate allah, sincere to him in religion. but when he delivers them to the land, at once they associate others with him
ފަހެ، އެއުރެން ނަވަށް އެރިހިނދު، އެކަލާނގެއަށް إيمان ކަން خالص ކުރާ حال ގައި، اللَّه އަށް އެއުރެން دعاء ކުރެތެވެ. ފަހެ އެކަލާނގެ އެއުރެން ސަލާމަތް ކުރައްވައި، އެއްގަމަށް ގެންނެވިހިނދު، އެއުރެން (އެކަލާނގެއަށް) شريك ކުރެތެވެ.

and when thou art on board the ship, thou and whoso is with thee, then say: praise be to allah who hath saved us from the wrongdoing folk!
ފަހެ، ކަލޭގެފާނާއި، ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ އަރިހުގައިވާ މީހުން ނާކޮޅަށް އަރައި އޭގައި ހަމަޖެހޭހިނދު، ފަހެ، ކަލޭގެފާނު ވިދާޅުވާށެވެ. اللَّه އަށް حمد ހުށްޓެވެ. އެކަލާނގެއީ، އަނިޔާވެރިވި މީހުންގެ ކިބައިން ތިމަންމެން ސަލާމަތްކުރެއްވި ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.

when they board a vessel, they call on god, sincere in their faith for him alone; but when he brings them safe to land, they begin to ascribe partners to him.
ފަހެ، އެއުރެން ނަވަށް އެރިހިނދު، އެކަލާނގެއަށް إيمان ކަން خالص ކުރާ حال ގައި، اللَّه އަށް އެއުރެން دعاء ކުރެތެވެ. ފަހެ އެކަލާނގެ އެއުރެން ސަލާމަތް ކުރައްވައި، އެއްގަމަށް ގެންނެވިހިނދު، އެއުރެން (އެކަލާނގެއަށް) شريك ކުރެތެވެ.

they started their journey and some time latter they embarked in a boat in which he made a hole. moses asked him, "did you make the hole to drown the people on board?
ދެން އެ ދެބޭކަލުން ކުރިޔަށް ހިންގަވައި ވަޑައިގެން، ނަވަށް އަރައިވަޑައިގެންނެވިހިނދު، އެބޭކަލަކު އެ ނައު ފޫދުއްވައިލައްވައިފިއެވެ. އެކަލޭގެފާނު ވިދާޅުވިއެވެ. އެ ނައު ތިޔަ ފޫދުއްވައިލެއްވީ އޭގެ أهل ވެރިން غرق ކޮށްލެއްވުމަށްތޯއެވެ؟ ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ކަލޭގެފާނު ތިޔަކުރެއްވީ ބޮޑުވެގެންވާ ނުބައިކަމެކެވެ.

and when they board the ships they pray to allah, believing purely in him; so when he delivers them safely to land, they immediately begin ascribing partners (to him)!
ފަހެ، އެއުރެން ނަވަށް އެރިހިނދު، އެކަލާނގެއަށް إيمان ކަން خالص ކުރާ حال ގައި، اللَّه އަށް އެއުރެން دعاء ކުރެތެވެ. ފަހެ އެކަލާނގެ އެއުރެން ސަލާމަތް ކުރައްވައި، އެއްގަމަށް ގެންނެވިހިނދު، އެއުރެން (އެކަލާނގެއަށް) شريك ކުރެތެވެ.

and he said, “board it – upon allah’s name is its movement and its stopping; indeed my lord is surely oft forgiving, most merciful.”
އަދި އެކަލޭގެފާނު ވިދާޅުވިއެވެ. ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އެ ނާކޮޅަށް އަރާށެވެ! އެ ނާކޮޅު ދުވުމާއި، ބަނދަރުކުރުންވަނީ، اللَّه ގެ اسم ފުޅުންނެވެ. ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެއީ، ގިނަގިނައިން ފާފަފުއްސަވާ، رحيم ވަންތަ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.
