އަދި ރައްކާތެރިކުރައްވާފައިވާ ފުރާޅެއްކަމުގައި، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އުޑު ލެއްވީމެވެ. އަދި އެއުރެންނަކީ އެތާނގެ (އިރުހަނދާއި، ތަރިތައްފަދަ) ހެކިތަކަށް ފުރަގަސްދޭ ބަޔެކެވެ.

but allah has been gracious to us and has protected us from the punishment of the burning wind.
ދެން اللَّه ތިމަންމެންގެ މައްޗަށް ދަރުމަވަންތަވެވޮޑިގެންނެވިއެވެ. އަދި ނަރަކައިގެ عذاب ން ތިމަންމެން ދިންނެވިއެވެ.

and we have protected it from every devil expelled [from the mercy of allah]
އަދި اللَّه ގެ رحمة ން ބޭރުކުރައްވާފައިވާ ކޮންމެ شيطان އެއްގެ ކިބައިން، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އެ އުޑު ރައްކާތެރި ކުރެއްވީމެވެ.

enjoying what their lord has given them, and their lord protected them from the punishment of hellfire.
(އެއުރެން އެ ސުވަރުގެތަކުގައި ތިބޭހުށީ) އެއުރެންގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ އެއުރެންނަށް ދެއްވި ތަކެތިން މީރުކަން ލިބިލިބިއެވެ. އަދި އެއުރެންގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ، ނަރަކައިގެ عذاب ން އެއުރެން ދިންނެވިއެވެ.

ފަހެ، އެއުރެންގެ ނުބައި މަކަރުވެރި ރޭވުންތަކުން اللَّه އޭނާ ސަލާމަތްކުރެއްވިއެވެ. އަދި އެންމެނުބައި عذاب، فرعون ގެ މީހުން ވަށައިލިއެވެ.

and we set up the heaven as a roof well-protected; yet still from our signs they are turning away.
އަދި ރައްކާތެރިކުރައްވާފައިވާ ފުރާޅެއްކަމުގައި، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އުޑު ލެއްވީމެވެ. އަދި އެއުރެންނަކީ އެތާނގެ (އިރުހަނދާއި، ތަރިތައްފަދަ) ހެކިތަކަށް ފުރަގަސްދޭ ބަޔެކެވެ.

wherefore allah protected him from ills which they plotted, and there surrounded the family of fir'awn the evil of torment.
ފަހެ، އެއުރެންގެ ނުބައި މަކަރުވެރި ރޭވުންތަކުން اللَّه އޭނާ ސަލާމަތްކުރެއްވިއެވެ. އަދި އެންމެނުބައި عذاب، فرعون ގެ މީހުން ވަށައިލިއެވެ.

his lord heard his prayers and protected him from their guile; he is all-hearing and all-knowing.
ފަހެ، އެކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ އެކަލޭގެފާނުގެ دعاء އިޖާބަކުރައްވައި، އެއުރެންގެ މަކަރުވެރިކަން އެކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ކިބައިން ދުރުކުރެއްވިއެވެ. ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެކަލާނގެއީ، މޮޅަށް އައްސަވާވޮޑިގެންވާ، މޮޅަށް ދެނެވޮޑިގެންވާ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.

say, “in whose hand is the dominion of all things, and he protects and cannot be protected from, if you happen to know?”
ކަލޭގެފާނު ވިދާޅުވާށެވެ! އެފަރާތެއްގެ يدقدرة ފުޅުގައި އެންމެހާ ތަކެތީގެ މިލްކުވެރިކަންވާ ފަރާތަކީ، ކޮބައިހެއްޔެވެ؟ އެންމެހާ ތަކެތި ރައްކާތެރިކުރައްވަނީ، އެކަލާނގެއެވެ. އެކަލާނގެއާ ދެކޮޅަށް (އެއްވެސް މީހަކަށް) ރައްކާތެރިކަމެއް ނުދެވޭނެތެވެ. ތިޔަބައިމީހުން (އެކަން) ދަންނަކަމުގައި ވާނަމައެވެ.

or do they have gods to defend them other than us? they are unable [even] to help themselves, nor can they be protected from us.
ނުވަތަ ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ عذاب އެއުރެންގެ ކިބައިން ދުރުކޮށްދޭނެ إله ން ތަކެއް، އެއުރެންނަށް ވޭހެއްޔެވެ؟ އެ ތަކެއްޗަށް އޭގެ އަމިއްލަ نفس އަށް نصر ދިނުމަކަށް ކުޅަދާނަވެގެނެއްނުވެތެވެ. އަދި ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ عذاب ން މިންޖުކޮށްދޭނޭ ބަޔަކުވެސް އެ ތަކެއްޗާއެކުގައި ނުމެވާހުށިމެއެވެ.
