بیشک میں ہی اللہ ہوں میرے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں سو تم میری عبادت کیا کرو اور میری یاد کی خاطر نماز قائم کیا کرو،

تمہارا رب ان (باتوں) سے خوب آگاہ ہے جو تمہارے دلوں میں ہیں، اگر تم نیک سیرت ہو جاؤ تو بیشک وہ (اﷲ اپنی طرف) رجوع کرنے والوں کو بہت بخشنے والا ہے،

and it is he who restrained their hands from you, and your hands from them in the valley of mecca, after having given you control over them; and allah sees all what you do.
اور وہ (اللہ) وہی ہے جس نے مکہ کی وادی میں روک دئیے تھے ان کے ہاتھ تم سے اور تمہارے ہاتھ ان سے بعد اس کے کہ تمہیں ان پر غلبہ عطا کر دیا تھا اور تم جو کچھ کر رہے ہو اللہ اسے خوب دیکھ رہا ہے۔

your lord knows best what is in your minds; if you are good, then he is surely forgiving to those who turn (to him) frequently.
تمہارا رب ان (باتوں) سے خوب آگاہ ہے جو تمہارے دلوں میں ہیں، اگر تم نیک سیرت ہو جاؤ تو بیشک وہ (اﷲ اپنی طرف) رجوع کرنے والوں کو بہت بخشنے والا ہے،

“all the problems are stuck between (mind) and (matter). if you don’t mind, it doesn’t matter.”
تمام مسائل ذہن کے درمیان پھنس ے ہوئے ہیں

and remember [o prophet] your lord in your mind, with humility and fear, and without raising your voice; remember him in the morning and evening, and do not become of those who are negligent.
اور (اے پیغمبر(ص)) صبح و شام اپنے پروردگار کو یاد کرو۔ اپنے دل میں عجز و انکساری اور خوف و ہراس کے ساتھ۔ اور زبان سے بھی چِلائے بغیر (یعنی دھیمی آواز کے ساتھ) اور (یادِ خدا سے) غفلت کرنے والوں میں سے نہ ہو جاؤ۔
