اور آپ اس (فرمان) کی پیروی جاری رکھیئے جو آپ کے پاس آپ کے رب کی طرف سے وحی کیا جاتا ہے، بیشک اللہ ان کاموں سے خبردار ہے جو تم انجام دیتے ہو،

follow the best of what has been revealed to you by your lord before the punishment overtakes you suddenly and you are caught unawares,
اور اس بہترین (کتاب) کی پیروی کرو جو تمہارے رب کی طرف سے تمہاری جانب اتاری گئی ہے قبل اِس کے کہ تم پر اچانک عذاب آجائے اور تمہیں خبر بھی نہ ہو،

attempting to answer, they will say, "lord, we swear by your name that we were not pagans".
اس وقت ان کے پاس اس کے سوا اور کوئی عذر نہ ہوگا کہ وہ کہیں گے ہمیں اپنے پروردگار اللہ کی قسم کہ ہم مشرک نہ تھے۔

follow what has been revealed to you by your lord, and do not follow any other lord apart from him. yet little do you care to remember.
(اے لوگو!) تم اس (قرآن) کی پیروی کرو جو تمہارے رب کی طرف سے تمہاری طرف اتارا گیا ہے اور اس کے غیروں میں سے (باطل حاکموں اور) دوستوں کے پیچھے مت چلو، تم بہت ہی کم نصیحت قبول کرتے ہو،

do not turn your eyes covetously towards the embellishments of worldly life that we have bestowed upon various kinds of people to test them. but the clean provision bestowed upon you by your lord is better and more enduring.
اور آپ دنیوی زندگی میں زیب و آرائش کی ان چیزوں کی طرف حیرت و تعجب کی نگاہ نہ فرمائیں جو ہم نے (کافر دنیاداروں کے) بعض طبقات کو (عارضی) لطف اندوزی کے لئے دے رکھی ہیں تاکہ ہم ان (ہی چیزوں) میں ان کے لئے فتنہ پیدا کر دیں، اور آپ کے رب کی (اخروی) عطا بہتر اور ہمیشہ باقی رہنے والی ہے،

but no, by your lord, they will not believe until they call you to arbitrate in their disputes, and then find within themselves no resentment regarding your decisions, and submit themselves completely.
تمہارے پروردگار کی قسم یہ لوگ جب تک اپنے تنازعات میں تمہیں منصف نہ بنائیں اور جو فیصلہ تم کردو اس سے اپنے دل میں تنگ نہ ہوں بلکہ اس کو خوشی سے مان لیں تب تک مومن نہیں ہوں گے

o messenger, deliver whatever has been sent down to you by your lord. if you do not do so, you will not have conveyed his message. god will defend you from mankind. for god does not guide those who deny the truth.
اے رسول جو کچھ بھی آپ کی طرف آپ کے رب کی جانب سے نازل کیا گیا ہے پہنچا دیجیئے۔ اگر آپ نے ایسا نہ کیا تو آپ نے اللہ کی رسالت ادا نہیں کی، اور آپ کو اللہ تعالیٰ لوگوں سے بچا لے گا بےشک اللہ تعالیٰ کافر لوگوں کو ہدایت نہیں دیتا

and among his signs is that the heaven and the earth stand by his command, then afterwards when he will call you by single call, behold, you will come out from the earth (i.e. from your graves for reckoning and recompense).
اس کی ایک نشانی یہ بھی ہے کہ آسمان وزمین اسی کے حکم سے قائم ہیں، پھر جب وه تمہیں آواز دے گا صرف ایک بار کی آواز کے ساتھ ہی تم سب زمین سے نکل آؤ گے

and among his signs is this, that heaven and earth stand by his command: then when he calls you, by a single call, from the earth, behold, ye (straightway) come forth.
اس کی ایک نشانی یہ بھی ہے کہ آسمان وزمین اسی کے حکم سے قائم ہیں، پھر جب وه تمہیں آواز دے گا صرف ایک بار کی آواز کے ساتھ ہی تم سب زمین سے نکل آؤ گے
