اور (اے لوگو!) یہ دنیا کی زندگی کھیل اور تماشے کے سوا کچھ نہیں ہے، اور حقیقت میں آخرت کا گھر ہی (صحیح) زندگی ہے۔ کاش! وہ لوگ (یہ راز) جانتے ہوتے،

allah gives abundantly and sparingly to whom he will. they rejoice in this present life; but this present life, beside the everlasting life, is nothing but a passing enjoyment.
الله ہی جس کے لیے چاہتا ہے روزی فراخ اور تنگ کرتا ہے اور دنیا کی زندگی پر خوش ہیں اور دنیا کی زندگی آخرت کے مقابلے میں کچھ نہیں مگر تھوڑاسا اسباب

every soul shall taste death. you shall be paid your wages in full on the day of resurrection. whoever is removed from hell and is admitted to paradise shall prosper, for the worldly life is nothing but the enjoyment of delusion.
آخر کار ہر شخص کو مرنا ہے اور تم سب اپنے اپنے پورے اجر قیامت کے روز پانے والے ہو کامیاب دراصل وہ ہے جو وہاں آتش دوزخ سے بچ جائے اور جنت میں داخل کر دیا جائے رہی یہ دنیا، تو یہ محض ایک ظاہر فریب چیز ہے

allah amplifies and straitens the means of subsistence for whom he pleases; and they rejoice in this world's life, and this world's life is nothing compared with the hereafter but a temporary enjoyment.
الله ہی جس کے لیے چاہتا ہے روزی فراخ اور تنگ کرتا ہے اور دنیا کی زندگی پر خوش ہیں اور دنیا کی زندگی آخرت کے مقابلے میں کچھ نہیں مگر تھوڑاسا اسباب

know that the life of this world is but play and an amusement, and adornment, and a cause for boasting among you, a rivalry for greater riches and children. it is like rain whose vegetation pleases the unbelievers, but then it withers and turns yellow, becoming broken stubble. in the everlasting life is a terrible punishment, forgiveness, and great pleasure from allah. the life of this world is nothing except the joy of delusion.
اور خوب جان لو کہ دنیا کی زندگی کھیل تماشہ، ظاہری زیب و زینت، باہمی فخر و مباہات اورمال و اولاد میں ایک دوسرے سے بڑھ جانے کی کوشش ہے اس کے سو اکچھ نہیں ہے۔ اس (کے عارضی ہو نے) کی مثال ایسی ہے جیسے بارش کہ اس کی نباتات (پیداوار) کافروں (کسانوں) کو حیرت میں ڈال دیتی ہے پھر وہ خشک ہو کر پکنے لگتی ہے تو تم دیکھتے ہو کہ وہ زرد ہو گئی ہے پھر وہ ریزہ ریزہ ہوجاتی ہے اور (کفار کیلئے) آخرت میں سخت عذاب ہے اور (مؤمنین کیلئے) اللہ کی طرف سے بخشش اور خوشنودی ہے اور دنیاوی زندگی دھوکے کے ساز و سامان کے سوا کچھ نہیں ہے۔
