தொழுகையாளிகளைத் தவிர-

those who are dazed in ignorance.
வர்கள் எத்தகையோரென்றால் மடமையினால் மறதியில் இருக்கின்றனர்.

those who are not pay the teacher fund please give to me
ஆசிரியர் நிதியை செலுத்தாதவர்கள் தயவு செய்து எனக்கு கொடுங்கள்

do not follow those who are extravagant,
"அவர்கள் பூமியில் குழப்பம் உண்டாக்குவார்கள்; நன்மை செய்ய மாட்டார்கள்" என்றுங் கூறினார்).

(அதாவது) தம் தொழுகையின் மீது நிலைத்திருக்கின்றார்களே அவர்கள்.

and those who are in their testimonies upright
இன்னும், எவர்கள் தங்கள் சாட்சியங்களில் உறுதியுடன் இருக்கிறார்களோ அவர்கள்.

and those who are attentive at their worship.
எவர்கள் தங்கள் தொழுகைகளைப் பேணிக் கொள்கின்றார்களோ அவர்கள்.

(அல்லாஹ்விடம்) நெருங்கிய (கண்ணியம் மிக்க வான)வர்கள் அதை பார்ப்பார்கள்.

(கிப்லாவைப் பற்றிய) இவ்வுண்மை உம் இறைவனிடமிருந்து வந்ததாகும்;. ஆகவே (அதனைச்) சந்தேகிப்போரில் ஒருவராக நீர் ஆகிவிட வேண்டாம்.

those who are with your lord are not too proud to worship him. they exalt him and to him they prostrate.
எவர்கள் உமது இறைவனிடத்தில் (நெருங்கி) இருக்கிறார்களேர் அவர்கள் நிச்சயமாக பெருமை கொண்டு அவனை வணங்காமல் இருப்பதில்லை. மேலும் அவனுடைய (புகழைக் கூறித்) துதித்துக்கொண்டும், அவனுக்குச் சிரவணக்கம் (ஸஜ்தா) செய்து கொண்டும் இருக்கின்றனர்.

as for those who are bent on not believing, tell them: 'work according to your way and we are working according to our way.
நம்பிக்கை கொள்ளாதவர்களிடம் (நபியே!) நீர் கூறுவீராக் "நீங்கள் உங்கள் போக்கில் நடந்து கொள்ளுங்கள். நிச்சயமாக நாங்களும் (எங்கள் போக்கில்) செயல்படுகிறோம்."

but if they become proud, those who are with your lord exalt him by day and night, and never grow weary.
ஆனால் (அல்லாஹ்வை வணங்காது எவரேனும்) பெருமையடித்தவர்களாக இருப்பின் (அவனுக்கு நஷ்டமில்லை), உம் இறைவனிடம் இருப்பவர்கள் (வானவர்கள்) இரவிலும் பகலிலும் அவனை தஸ்பீஹு செய்து (துதித்துக்) கொண்டேயிருக்கிறார்கள் அவர்கள் (அதில்) சோர்வடைவதுமில்லை.

but none is granted it except those who are patient, and none is granted it except one having a great portion [of good].
பொறுமையாக இருந்தார்களே அவர்கள் தவிர வேறு யாரும் அதை அடைய மாட்டார்கள் மேலும், மகத்தான நற்பாக்கியம் உடையவர்கள் தவிர, வேறு யாரும் அதை அடைய மாட்டார்கள்.

indeed, your lord knows very well those who strayed from his path, and those who are guided.
உம்முடைய இறைவன் அவனுடைய வழியை விட்டுத் தவறியவர்கள் யார் என்பதை நிச்சயமாக நன்கறிவான்; (அது போன்றே) நேர்வழி பெற்றோரையும் அவன் நன்கறிவான்.

and those who are in the fire said to its guards, “pray to your lord to decrease the punishment upon us for one day.”
"இவ்வேதனையை ஒரு நாளைக்கு (மட்டுமாவது) எங்களுக்கு இலேசாக்கும்படி உங்கள் இறைவனிடத்தில் பிரார்த்தனை செய்யுங்கள்" என்று (நரக) நெருப்பில் இருப்பவர்கள் நரகத்தின் காவலாளிகளை நோக்கி கூறுவார்கள்.
