และจงอย่าแต่งงานกับบรรดาหญิงที่บิดาของพวกเจ้าได้แต่งงานมาแล้ว นอกจากที่ได้ผ่านพ้นมาเท่านั้น แท้จริงมันเป็นสิ่งลามกและน่าเกลียดยิ่ง และเป็นวิถีทางที่ชั่ว

“และจงรำลึกถึงลูฏ ขณะที่เขาได้กล่าวแก่ประชาชาติของเขาว่า ท่านทั้งหลายจะประกอบสิ่งชั่วช้าน่ารังเกียจ ซึ่งๆม่มีคนใดในหมู่ประชาชาติทั้งหลายได้ประกอบมันมาก่อนพวกท่านกระนั้นหรือ?”

and (as for) lut, we gave him wisdom and knowledge, and we delivered him from the town which wrought abominations; surely they were an evil people, transgressors;
