o my dear son! say your prayers regularly, and enjoin good, and forbid evil, and endure patiently whatever may befall you. surely, this is something which requires firm resolve.
“โอ้ลูกเอ๋ย เจ้าจงดำรงไว้ซึ่งการละหมาด และจงใช้กันให้กระทำความดี และจงห้ามปรามกันให้ละเว้นการทำความชั่ว และจงอดทนต่อสิ่งที่ประสบกับเจ้า แท้จริง นั่นคือส่วนหนึ่งจากกิจการที่หนักแน่น มั่นคง”

and (remember) when luqman said unto his son, when he was exhorting him: o my dear son! ascribe no partners unto allah. lo! to ascribe partners (unto him) is a tremendous wrong -
และจงรำลึกเมื่อลุกมานได้กล่าวแก่บุตรของเขา โดยสั่งสอนเขาว่า “โอ้ลูกเอ๋ย เจ้าอย่าได้ตั้งภาคีใด ๆ ต่ออัลลอฮฺ เพราะแท้จริงการตั้งภาคีนั้นเป็นความผิดอย่างมหันต์ โดยแน่นอน“
