the contractor will be required to coordinate the whole process of this project with a tv & production company from start to finish for all the different processes involved including designing the concepts and storyboards, script, translation and recruit any actors or voiceovers required, coordinate the dubbing, on and off line editing, clock the tv adverts and transfer to the appropriate channel for airing.
