27. the project is expected to accomplish the following that may be of particular interest to the scientific community: understanding of the mechanism for solar flares; study of the evolution of the active region in the solar pre- and post-flare phases; ongoing observation of the large-scale structure of the quiet corona and of the evolution of "corona holes "; measuring of plasma parameters in the region of transition of the corona to solar wind; research on variations in solar radiation in the maximum phase of the 11-year activity cycle, in order to collect the experimental data necessary to develop methods of predicting solar activity phenomena and their impact on the earth's magnetosphere and ionosphere.
