“in 2003 alone we invested three million euros,” says hans tekeser, ceo at alzner.

alzner arbeitet in erster linie als zulieferer für die automobilindustrie. „wir nehmen dabei durchaus auch einfluss auf die teilekonstruktion“, betont hans tekeser. „wenn beispielsweise ein kunde 2.000 teile mit einer hochkomplexen geometrie fertigen lassen will, aber die werkzeuge 50.000 euro kosten, dann stellen wir die frage, ob der angedachte weg der richtige ist, und bieten alternativen an.“
alzner works primarily as a supplier to the automobile industry. “we definitely exert an influence on part design,” says hans tekeser. “if, for instance, a customer has a requirement for 2,000 parts with highly complex geometry, but the tooling is likely to cost 50,000 euros, we first ask whether that is the right approach — and then offer the customer alternatives.”
